Jeremiah 4:2

And if you swear [your oaths], ‘As the Lord lives,’In truth, in justice, and in righteousness,Then the nations will bless themselves in Him,And in Him they will glory.”

And thou shalt swear, The Lord liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in him shall they glory.

And you will swear, ‘As the Lord lives,’In truth, in justice and in righteousness;Then the nations will bless themselves in Him,And in Him they will glory.”

Make all your promises in my name. When you promise say, ‘You can be sure that the Lord is alive.’ Be truthful, fair and honest when you make these promises.Then the nations will ask for blessings from me. And they will boast about me.”

and if in a truthful, just and righteous way you swear, ‘As surely as the Lord lives,’then the nations will invoke blessings by him and in him they will boast.”

Then when you swear by my name, saying, ‘As surely as the Lord lives,’you could do so with truth, justice, and righteousness.Then you would be a blessing to the nations of the world, and all people would come and praise my name.” Coming Judgment against Judah

وَإِنْ حَلَفْتَ بِالْحَقِّ وَالْعَدْلِ وَالْبِرِّ قَائِلاً: ’حَيٌّ هُوَ الرَّبُّ‘، عِنْدَئِذٍ تَتَبَارَكُ بِهِ الأُمَمُ، وَتَفْتَخِرُ.»

hvis I sværger på, at I fra nu af vil handle retfærdigt og ærligt, så vil I blive redskab til, at min velsignelse når ud til folkeslagene, og de vil glæde sig over mig.

Wenn du bei meinem Namen schwörst, sei aufrichtig, ehrlich und halte dich daran. Dann werden auch die anderen Völker einander in meinem Namen Segen wünschen und sich glücklich schätzen, mich zu kennen.

もしおまえが、生ける神であるわたしによってだけ誓い、誠実できよく正しい生活を始めるなら、おまえは世界の国々へのあかしとなる。こうして、諸国の民はわたしのもとへ来て、わたしの名をあがめるようになる。」

살아 있는 나 여호와의 이름으로 맹세하고 또 네가 진실하며 정직하고 깨끗하게 살면 세상 모든 나라가 너를 보고 나에게 와서 복을 구하며 나를 찬양할 것이다.”

en als u alleen bij Mij, de levende God, zweert en begint een goed, eerlijk en rein leven te leiden, dan zal Ik de volken van de wereld zegenen en zij zullen naar Mij toekomen en mijn naam eren.’

если будешь истинно, справедливо и праведно клясться: «Верно, как и то, что жив Вечный!» –то народы получат Моё благословение и прославят Моё имя.

Du ska svära i sanning, rätt och rättfärdighet: ’Så sant Herren lever.’ Genom honom ska folken bli välsignade och lovprisa honom.”

และหากเจ้าจะปฏิญาณโดยกล่าวอ้างว่า ‘องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงพระชนม์อยู่แน่ฉันใด’ด้วยความจริง ความยุติธรรม และความชอบธรรมประชาชาติทั้งหลายก็จะได้รับพรจากเราและพวกเขาจะสรรเสริญเทิดทูนเรา”

如果你本着诚实、正直、公义，凭永活的耶和华起誓，你必成为万国的祝福，得到他们的尊敬[a]。”

你 必 凭 诚 实 、 公 平 、 公 义 ， 指 着 永 生 的 耶 和 华 起 誓 ； 列 国 必 因 耶 和 华 称 自 己 为 有 福 ， 也 必 因 他 夸 耀 。

如果你本著誠實、正直、公義，憑永活的耶和華起誓，你必成為萬國的祝福，得到他們的尊敬[a]。」
