Jeremiah 20:12

But, O Lord of hosts, You who examine the righteous,Who see the heart and the mind,Let me see Your vengeance on them;For to You I have committed my cause.

But, O Lord of hosts, that triest the righteous, and seest the reins and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for unto thee have I opened my cause.

Oh, God-of-the-Angel-Armies, no one fools you. You see through everyone, everything.I want to see you pay them back for what they’ve done. I rest my case with you.

أَيُّهَا الرَّبُّ الْقَدِيرُ مُخْتَبِرُ الصِّدِّيقِ وَالْمُطَّلِعُ عَلَى سَرَائِرِ النُّفُوسِ، دَعْنِي أَشْهَدُ انْتِقَامَكَ مِنْهُمْ لأَنِّي إِلَيْكَ فَوَّضْتُ قَضِيَّتِي.

Almægtige Herre, du ved, hvem der er oprigtig, for du gennemskuer menneskets skjulte tanker og motiver. Derfor stoler jeg på dig og har overladt min sag i dine hænder. Jeg ser frem til, at du vil straffe dem.
