Jeremiah 12:8

“My inheritance has become to MeLike a lion in the forest;She has raised her voice and roared against Me;So I have come to [treat her as if I] hate her.

Mine heritage is unto me as a lion in the forest; it crieth out against me: therefore have I hated it.

قَدْ زَمْجَرَ عَلَيَّ شَعْبِي كَأَسَدٍ فِي غَابَةٍ. رَفَعَ عَلَيَّ صَوْتَهُ، لِهَذَا مَقَتُّهُ.

Mit folk raser imod mig som en løve i skoven. Derfor er jeg nødt til at vende dem ryggen.

Mein eigenes Volk hat sich gegen mich gewandt, es führte sich auf wie ein Löwe, der mich aus dem Dickicht anbrüllt. Darum ertrage ich es nicht mehr!

Min arvedel har blivit mot mig som ett skogens lejon, som höjt rösten mot mig, och som jag därför hatar.
