Jeremiah 12:4

How long must the land mournAnd the grass of the countryside wither?Because of the wickedness and hypocrisy of those who live in it,The beasts and the birds are consumed and are swept away [by the drought],Because men [mocking me] have said, “He will not [live long enough to] see [what happens at] our final end.”

How long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of every field wither, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? the beasts are consumed, and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our last end.

How long is the land to mournAnd the vegetation of the countryside to wither?For the wickedness of those who dwell in it,Animals and birds have been snatched away,Because men have said, “He will not see our latter ending.”

How long will the land be thirsty for water? How long will the grass in every field be dry?The people who live in the land are evil. So the animals and birds have died.And that’s not all. The people are saying, “The Lord won’t see what happens to us.” The Lord Answers Jeremiah

How long must this land mourn? Even the grass in the fields has withered.The wild animals and birds have disappeared because of the evil in the land.For the people have said, “The Lord doesn’t see what’s ahead for us!” The Lord’s Reply to Jeremiah

إِلَى مَتَى تَظَلُّ الأَرْضُ نَائِحَةً وَعُشْبُ كُلِّ حَقْلٍ ذَاوِياً؟ هَلَكَتِ الْبَهَائِمُ والطُّيُورُ مِنْ شَرِّ السَّاكِنِينَ فِيهَا الْقَائِلِينَ: «إِنَّهُ لَنْ يَرَى خَاتِمَةَ مَصِيرِنَا». جواب الله

De onde tror ikke på, at du ser, hvad de laver. Græsset visner, dyr og fugle dør på grund af ondskaben i landet. Hvor længe skal det fortsætte?

Wie lange soll die Dürre in unserem Land noch dauern? Das Gras ist längst vertrocknet, das Vieh ist verendet, und die Vögel sind fortgezogen. Dies alles geschah wegen der Bosheit der Menschen. Sie sagen: »Gott weiß doch selbst nicht, was aus uns wird.«

Jusques à quand |le pays sera-t-il en deuil,et l’herbe des campagnes |se desséchera-t-elle ?Et tout cela à cause |de la méchanceté |de ceux qui y habitent ?Les animaux périssent, |ainsi que les oiseaux,parce que les gens disent :« L’Eternel ne voit pas |ce qui nous adviendra. »Mais l’Eternel me dit :

Hasta san-o pa bala ang pagmala sang duta kag ang pagkalaya sang mga hilamon? Nagakalamatay ang mga sapat kag ang mga pispis tungod sa kalautan sang mga katawhan nga nagaestar sa sini nga duta. Nagasiling pa sila, “Wala nagapahilabot ang Dios sa aton madangatan.” Ang Sabat sang Dios

あなたのものであるこの地を、いつまで彼らのなすままにされるのですか。野の草でさえ、彼らの悪事のためにうめき、泣いています。野獣や鳥は姿を消し、地は荒れ果てました。それでもなお人々は、「神がわれわれをさばくはずがない。われわれは全く安全だ」と言います。

언제까지 이 땅이 슬퍼하며 들의 모든 초목이 말라야 하겠습니까? 이 땅에 사는 사람들이 악하므로 짐승과 새들도 전멸하게 되었습니다. 더구나 그들은 “[b]우리가 하는 일을 그는 보지 못한다” 하고 말합니다. 여호와의 대답

Hoe lang moet uw land al hun daden nog verdragen? Zelfs het gras in de weiden is erdoor verdord. De wilde dieren en de vogels zijn omgekomen door de goddeloosheid van de mensen. Maar toch blijven de mensen zeggen: ‘God zal geen oordeel over ons brengen. Ons kan niets gebeuren!’

Até quando a terra ficará de luto[a] e a relva de todo o campo estará seca?Perecem os animais e as aves por causa da maldade dos que habitam nesta terra,pois eles disseram: “Ele não verá o fim que nos espera”. A Resposta de Deus

Durante quanto tempo suportará ainda esta terra todos os seus excessos? Até a erva do campo chora e se lamenta por causa dos seus atos malvados! Já os animais selvagens e as aves se foram, deixando deserta a terra. Mesmo assim, o povo ainda diz: “Deus não nos condenará! Estamos perfeitamente seguros!” A resposta de Deus

Hur länge måste landet sörja och gräset på marken vissna bort? För invånarnas ondskas skull går boskap och fåglar under. De menar: ”Han ser inte vad som händer med oss.”

ดินแดนนี้จะต้องแตกระแหง[a]ไปนานเท่าใด?และทุ่งหญ้าทุกแห่งจะเหี่ยวแห้งไปนานเท่าใด?เนื่องจากผู้ที่อาศัยในดินแดนนี้ชั่วร้ายบรรดาสัตว์และนกทั้งหลายจึงพินาศไปยิ่งกว่านั้นเหล่าประชากรพากันพูดว่า“พระองค์ไม่เห็นหรอกว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับเรา” คำตอบจากพระเจ้า

大地哀恸、田野的植物枯槁要到何时呢？由于这地方居民的罪恶，野兽和飞鸟都灭绝了。他们说：“上帝看不见我们的行为[a]。”

这 地 悲 哀 ， 通 国 的 青 草 枯 乾 ， 要 到 几 时 呢 ？ 因 其 上 居 民 的 恶 行 ， 牲 畜 和 飞 鸟 都 灭 绝 了 。 他 们 曾 说 ： 他 看 不 见 我 们 的 结 局 。

大地哀慟、田野的植物枯槁要到何時呢？由於這地方居民的罪惡，野獸和飛鳥都滅絕了。他們說：「上帝看不見我們的行為[a]。」
