Isaiah 60:2

“For in fact, darkness will cover the earthAnd deep darkness will cover the peoples;But the Lord will rise upon you [Jerusalem]And His glory and brilliance will be seen on you.

For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

Darkness covers the earth. Thick darkness spreads over the nations.But I will rise and shine on you. My glory will appear over you.

هَا إِنَّ الظُّلْمَةَ تَغْمُرُ الأَرْضَ، وَاللَّيْلَ الدَّامِسَ يَكْتَنِفُ الشُّعُوبَ، وَلَكِنَّ الرَّبَّ يُشْرِقُ عَلَيْكِ، وَيَتَجَلَّى مَجْدُهُ حَوْلَكِ،

Hele jorden er dækket af mørke, og folkeslagene går rundt i blinde. Men du skal få min herlighed at se. Jeg vil lade mit lys skinne på dig.

Dunkle Wolken bedecken die Erde, alle Völker leben in tiefer Nacht. Doch über dir leuchtet das Licht des Herrn auf, und seine Herrlichkeit erscheint über dir.

Voici que les ténèbres |couvrent la terreet une nuée sombre[a] |couvre les peuples,mais, sur toi, l’Eternel |se lèvera lui-même |comme un soleilet l’on verra sa gloire |apparaître sur toi.

夜のような暗闇が地上に住む者全部を覆うが、主の栄光があなたから輝き出る。

세상의 모든 민족이 어두움에 덮여도 너에게는 여호와의 영광이 비칠 것이니

Een duisternis, zwart als de nacht, zal alle volken van de aarde omhullen, maar de glorie van de Here zal van u afstralen.

Olhe! A escuridão cobre a terra, densas trevas envolvem os povos,mas sobre você raia o Senhor, e sobre você se vê a sua glória.

Os outros povos da Terra serão cobertos por uma escuridão tão densa como a noite escura, mas a glória do Senhor resplenderá sobre ti.

Iată! Deşi întunericul învăluie pământul, şi negura groasă acoperă popoarele,peste tine răsare Domnul şi slava Lui apare deasupra ta.

Вот, мрак покроет землю, и тьма – народы,но над тобою взойдёт Вечный, и слава Его явится над тобою.

Mörker täcker jorden, töcken omger folken, men över dig ska Herren stråla, över dig ska hans härlighet visa sig.

ดูเถิด ความมืดปกคลุมโลกความมืดมิดอยู่เหนือบรรดาประชาชาติแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงปรากฏขึ้นเหนือเจ้าพระเกียรติสิริของพระองค์ปรากฏขึ้นเหนือเจ้า

看啊，黑暗遮盖大地，幽暗笼罩万民，但耶和华必照耀你，祂的荣耀必照在你身上。

看 哪 ， 黑 暗 遮 盖 大 地 ， 幽 暗 遮 盖 万 民 ， 耶 和 华 却 要 显 现 照 耀 你 ； 他 的 荣 耀 要 现 在 你 身 上 。

看啊，黑暗遮蓋大地，幽暗籠罩萬民，但耶和華必照耀你，祂的榮耀必照在你身上。
