Wake yourself up! Wake yourself up! Stand up, O Jerusalem,You who have drunk at the hand of the Lord the cup of His wrath,You who have drunk the cup of staggering and intoxication to the dregs [leaving only sediment].

Awake, awake, stand up, O Jerusalem, which hast drunk at the hand of the Lord the cup of his fury; thou hast drunken the dregs of the cup of trembling, and wrung them out.

Rouse yourself! Rouse yourself! Arise, O Jerusalem,You who have drunk from the Lord’s hand the cup of His anger;The [h]chalice of reeling you have [i]drained to the dregs.

Wake up, Jerusalem! Wake up! Get up!The Lord has handed you the cup of his great anger. And you have drunk from it.That cup makes people unsteady on their feet. And you have drunk from it to the very last drop.

اسْتَيْقِظِي، اسْتَيْقِظِي، انْهَضِي يَا أُورُشَلِيمُ، يَا مَنْ تَجَرَّعَتْ مِنْ يَدِ الرَّبِّ كَأْسَ غَضَبِهِ، يَا مَنْ شَرِبَتْ ثُمَالَةَ كَأْسِ التَّرَنُّحِ.

Vågn op, Jerusalem, rejs dig op! Du har drukket nok af Herrens vredes bæger. Du har tømt det til sidste dråbe.

耶路撒冷啊，醒来，醒来，站起来吧！你从耶和华手中的杯里喝了祂的愤怒，喝干了那杯使人东倒西歪的酒。
