Isaiah 47:14

“In fact, they are like stubble;Fire burns them.They cannot save themselves from the power of the flame [much less save the nation],There is no blazing coal for warmingNor fire before which to sit!

Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it.

They are just like straw. Fire will burn them up.They can’t even save themselves from the powerful flames.These are not like coals that can warm anyone. This is not like a fire to sit by.

غَيْرَ أَنَّهُمْ أَنْفُسَهُمْ أَصْبَحُوا كَالهَشِيمِ الَّذِي تَلْتَهِمُهُ النَّارُ عَاجِزِينَ عَنْ إِنْقَاذِ أَنْفُسِهِمْ وَإِنْقَاذِكِ مِنْ شِدَّةِ الَّلَهَبِ المُحْرِقِ، فَلا هُوَ جَمْرٌ لِلاسْتِدْفَاءِ وَلا هِيَ نَارٌ لِلْجُلُوسِ حَوْلَهَا.

Som vissent græs går de op i røg, de kan ikke engang redde sig selv ud af ilden. De brænder op så hurtigt, at der ikke bliver gløder til at varme sig ved.

Doch wie Stroh werden sie ein Raub der Flammen. Nichts können sie retten vor dem fressenden Feuer, nicht einmal das eigene Leben. Es wird kein Feuer sein, um das man in der Runde sitzt und an dessen Glut man sich die Hände wärmt!

Les voilà devenus |tous comme de la paille |que consume le feu.Non, ils ne pourront pas |sauver leur vie des flammes,ce ne sera pas une braise |que l’on allume pour se réchauffer[c],ni un feu devant lequel on s’assoit.

Sa pagkamatuod, pareho lang sila sa dagami nga dali lang masunog. Indi gani sila makaluwas sang ila kaugalingon sa kalayo. Indi puwede makapainit-init sa sini nga kalayo, kay puwerte ini kainit.

しかし彼らは、火がつくとぱっと燃え上がる枯れ草のように、役に立つどころか手がつけられなくなる。自分さえ救えないのだから、とても頼りにはならない。その火は、そばに座って体を暖める火ではない。

보라! 그들은 다 지푸라기 같아서 불에 타고 말 것이다. 그들이 그 불의 세력에서 자신을 구원할 수 없을 것이다. 이 불은 곁에 앉아서 몸을 따뜻하게 할 숯불이 아니다.

Maar zij zijn net zo nutteloos als gedroogd gras dat verbrand wordt. Zij kunnen zichzelf niet eens verlossen! Van hen zult u echt geen hulp krijgen. Zij zijn een kolenvuur waaraan u zich niet kunt warmen en dat geen licht geeft om bij te zitten.

sem dúvida eles são como restolho; o fogo os consumirá.Eles não podem nem mesmo salvar-se do poder das chamas.Aqui não existem brasas para aquecer ninguém;não há fogueira para a gente sentar-se ao lado.

Ser-te-ão tão inúteis como restolho para queimar. Nem sequer a si mesmos se podem livrar!

Iată, ei sunt ca pleava, fiind mistuiţi de foc.Nu se pot izbăvi singuri din puterea focului.Acesta nu este jăratic la care să te încălzeşti, nu este foc înaintea căruia să stai!

Вот, они как солома, палит их огонь.Самих себя не могут спасти от власти пламени.Это не угли, чтобы погреться, не костёр, чтобы посидеть перед ним!

De är som torrt gräs som bränns upp i eld. De kan inte rädda sig själva ur lågorna. Det blir ingen glöd att värma sig vid, ingen brasa att sitta vid.

แน่นอน พวกเขาเป็นเหมือนตอข้าวไฟจะเผาผลาญเขาสิ้นเขาไม่อาจจะช่วยแม้แต่ตัวเองให้พ้นจากฤทธิ์ของเปลวไฟนี่ไม่ใช่ถ่านไฟให้ผิงกายไม่ใช่ไฟซึ่งทำให้อุ่นสบาย

“看啊，他们不过像枯草，必遭焚烧，无法救自己脱离烈焰。这火并非取暖的炭火，也不是人可以靠近的火。

他 们 要 像 碎 秸 被 火 焚 烧 ， 不 能 救 自 己 脱 离 火 焰 之 力 ； 这 火 并 非 可 烤 的 炭 火 ， 也 不 是 可 以 坐 在 其 前 的 火 。

「看啊，他們不過像枯草，必遭焚燒，無法救自己脫離烈焰。這火並非取暖的炭火，也不是人可以靠近的火。
