Isaiah 14:6

Which used to strike the peoples in anger with incessant blows,Which subdued and ruled the nations in wrath with unrelenting persecution.

He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.

Which used to strike the peoples in fury with unceasing strokes,Which [d]subdued the nations in anger with unrestrained persecution.

When they became angry, they struck down nations. Their blows never stopped.In their anger they brought nations under their control. They attacked them again and again.

الَّذِينَ انْهَالُوا عَلَى النَّاسِ ضَرْباً بِسَخَطٍ لَا يَتَوَقَّفُ؛ الَّذِينَ تَسَلَّطُوا عَلَى الأُمَمِ بِغَضَبٍ وَاضْطِهَادٍ شَدِيدٍ.
