Isaiah 14:26

This is the plan [of God] decided for the whole earth [regarded as conquered and put under tribute by Assyria]; and this is the hand [of God] that is stretched out over all the nations.

This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.

This is the plan [m]devised against the whole earth; and this is the hand that is stretched out against all the nations.

That’s how the Lord carries out his plan all over the world. That’s how he reaches out his powerful hand to punish all the nations.

هَذَا هُوَ الْقَضَاءُ الَّذِي حَكَمْتُ بِهِ عَلَى الأَرْضِ كُلِّهَا، وَهَذِهِ هِي الْيَدُ الَّتِي امْتَدَّتْ عَلَى كُلِّ الأُمَمِ.

Sådan er min plan for hele jorden, min magt omfatter alle folkeslag.

So hat Gott es für die ganze Erde beschlossen. Schon erhebt er seine Hand drohend gegen alle Völker, bereit zuzuschlagen.
