Hosea 8:10

Yes, even though [with presents] they hire allies among the nations,Now I will gather them up;And [in a little while] they will begin [a]to grow weak and diminishBecause of the burden imposed by the king of princes [the king of Assyria].

They have sold themselves to the nations to get their help. But now I will gather them together.They will get weaker and weaker. The mighty kings of Assyria will crush them.

وَإِنْ كَانُوا يَسْتَأْجِرُونَ حُلَفَاءَ مِنْ بَيْنِ الأُمَمِ، فَإِنِّي أَجْمَعُهُمُ الآنَ، فَيَتَحَرَّرُونَ إِلَى حِينٍ مِنْ نِيرِ الْمَلِكِ وَالرُّؤَسَاءِ.

Men ikke desto mindre vil min straf ramme dem. Snart bliver de undertrykt af en mægtig konge.

Pero bisan nagpasakop siya sa sini nga mga nasyon, tipunon ko karon ang iya mga katawhan kag silutan. Kag magasugod na ang ila pag-antos sa pagpigos sa ila sang isa ka hari kag sang iya mga opisyal.[e]

たとえ多くの国から『友』を雇っても、わたしはイスラエルをさばき、国から追い出す。そうすればしばらくの間は、イスラエルは自分たちのすばらしい王の重荷から解放されることになる。
