They make the king glad with their wickedness,And the princes with their lies.

“Their evil conduct even makes the king glad. Their lies make the princes happy.

“They delight the king with their wickedness, the princes with their lies.

“The people entertain the king with their wickedness, and the princes laugh at their lies.

بِشَرِّهِمْ يُبْهِجُونَ الْمَلِكَ، وَبِخِيَانَتِهِمِ الرُّؤَسَاءَ.

Kongen støtter dem i deres ondskab, og lederne opmuntrer dem til at lyve.

Mit hinterlistigen Plänen verschaffen sie sich Ansehen beim König, und mit Lügen schmeicheln sie sich bei den führenden Männern ein.

»Con su maldad deleitan al rey; con sus mentiras, a las autoridades.

Par leur méchanceté, |ils amusent le roiet, par leurs tromperies, les princes.

De koning geniet van hun slechtheid en de vorsten stemmen in met hun leugens.

“Eles alegram o rei com as suas impiedades,os líderes, com as suas mentiras.

O rei está satisfeito com a sua maldade; os governantes riem-se com as suas mentiras.

Ei îl înveselesc pe rege cu răutatea lor şi pe prinţi – cu minciunile lor.

Med sin ondska gläder de kungen och med sina lögner furstarna.
