Hosea 4:7

The more they multiplied [in numbers and increased in power], the more they sinned against Me;I will change their glory into shame.

As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame.

وَبِقَدْرِ مَا تَكَاثَرُوا تَفَاقَمَتْ خَطِيئَتُهُمْ، لِذَلِكَ أُحَوِّلُ مَجْدَهُمْ إِلَى عَارٍ.

Jo flere præster der er, desto mere gør I oprør imod mig. I foretrækker de afskyelige afguder frem for min herlighed.

Je zahlreicher die Priester wurden, desto mehr Schuld haben sie auf sich geladen. Darum werde ich ihnen ihr angesehenes Amt wegnehmen und stattdessen Schimpf und Schande über sie bringen.[a]

Samtang nagadamo kamo nga mga pari, nagadamo man ang inyo sala sa akon. Gani himuon ko nga makahuluya ang inyo ginapabugal.[c]

わたしの民は数を増せば増すほど、わたしに罪を犯した。神の栄光を偶像の恥に変えたのだ。

“너희 제사장이 많으면 많을수록 나에게 더 많이 범죄하니 내가 너희 영광을 수치로 바꿀 것이다.

Hoe meer mijn volk in omvang toenam, hoe meer het tegen Mij zondigde. Ik zal het zijn eervolle positie ontnemen en te schande maken.

Quanto mais aumentaram os sacerdotes,mais eles pecaram contra mim;trocaram a Glória deles[b] por algo vergonhoso.

Cu cât s-au înmulţit[f] preoţii, cu atât au păcătuit mai mult împotriva Mea. Ei au dat[g] slava lor[h] în schimbul ruşinii.

你们祭司越增多，所犯的罪也越多，所以我要使你们的尊荣变为羞耻。
