Hosea 4:14

I will not punish your daughters when they play the prostituteOr your brides when they commit adultery,For the men themselves slip away with prostitutes,And they offer sacrifices with temple prostitutes [who give their bodies in honor of the idol].So the people without understanding [stumble and fall and] come to ruin.

I will not punish your daughters when they commit whoredom, nor your spouses when they commit adultery: for themselves are separated with whores, and they sacrifice with harlots: therefore the people that doth not understand shall fall.

I will not punish your daughters when they play the harlotOr your [l]brides when they commit adultery,For the men themselves go apart with harlotsAnd offer sacrifices with temple prostitutes;So the people without understanding are [m]ruined.

“I will not punish your daughters when they become prostitutes.I will not judge your daughters-in-law when they commit adultery.After all, the men themselves have sex with sinful women. They offer sacrifices where temple prostitutes earn their living. People who can’t understand will be destroyed!

“I will not punish your daughters when they turn to prostitution,nor your daughters-in-law when they commit adultery,because the men themselves consort with harlots and sacrifice with shrine prostitutes— a people without understanding will come to ruin!

But why should I punish them for their prostitution and adultery?For your men are doing the same thing, sinning with whores and shrine prostitutes.O foolish people! You refuse to understand, so you will be destroyed.

وَلَكِنِّي لَنْ أُعَاقِبَ بَنَاتِكُمْ حِينَ يَزْنِينَ، وَلا كَنَّاتِكُمْ حِينَ يَفْسِقْنَ لأَنَّ الرِّجَالَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ قَدْ تَوَرَّطُوا مَعَ الزَّانِيَاتِ، وَذَبَحُوا مُحَرَّمَاتٍ مَعَ بَغَايَا الْمَعَابِدِ الْوَثَنِيَّةِ، وَالشَّعْبُ غَيْرُ الْمُتَعَقِّلِ يَلْحَقُ بِهِ الدَّمَارُ.

Men skal jeg straffe dem? Det er jo mændene, der forlanger prostitution i forbindelse med deres afgudsofre. Ja, et folk uden forstand ender i forfald. Advarsel til Juda om ikke at blive revet med

Doch ich werde nicht sie für ihre Hurerei und ihren Ehebruch bestrafen. Denn es sind die Priester, die ein schlechtes Beispiel geben: Gerade sie laufen den Huren nach und feiern Opfermahlzeiten mit den Prostituierten am Tempel. So stürzen sie das Volk, das es nicht besser weiß, ins Verderben.

Je ne punirai pas vos filles |pour leurs prostitutions,vos belles-fillesà cause de leurs adultères,car les prêtres eux-mêmes |vont à l’écart |avec des courtisanes,et, avec des prostituées sacrées, |les voilà qui offrent leurs sacrifices.Ainsi court à sa ruine |un peuple sans intelligence.

Pero indi ko sila pagsilutan sa ila ginahimo kay kamo mismo nga mga lalaki nagapakighilawas man sa mga babayi nga nagabaligya sang ila lawas sa templo, kag nagahalad pa kamo upod sa ila sang mga halad para sa mga dios-dios. Gani tungod nga kamo nga katawhan wala sing pag-intiendi parte sa kamatuoran, pagalaglagon kamo.

だが、どうしてわたしが彼女らを罰するだろうか。男のあなたたちも同じことをし、遊女や神殿娼婦と共に罪を犯しているのだから。愚か者め。いっこうに理解しようとしないので、あなたたちの運命は定まっている。

너희 딸들과 며느리들이 그런 짓을 하여도 내가 그들을 벌하지 않을 것이다. 이것은 남자들도 이방 신전의 창녀와 함께 놀아나고 그들과 함께 희생제물을 드리기 때문이다. 그래서 깨달음이 없는 백성은 패망할 것이다.

Maar waarom zou Ik hen straffen? Want u, mannen, doet precies hetzelfde door naar de hoeren en de tempelprostituees te gaan! Zo komt dit volk dat geen inzicht heeft, ten val.

“Não castigarei suas filhas por se prostituírem,nem suas noras por adulterarem,porque os próprios homens se associam a meretrizese participam dos sacrifícios oferecidos pelas prostitutas cultuais —um povo sem entendimento precipita-se à ruína!

Mas não serão estas que eu castigarei; são vocês, os homens, os responsáveis por isso mesmo, adulterando com meretrizes e com as prostitutas dos templos. Loucos! A vossa condenação está decretada, pois recusaram ter inteligência!

Nu le voi pedepsi pe fetele voastre pentru că se prostitueazăşi nici pe nurorile voastre pentru că comit adulter,căci bărbaţii înşişi se retrag deoparte cu prostituatele şi aduc jertfe cu prostituatele de la temple. Un astfel de popor căruia îi lipseşte discernământul va ajunge la ruină.

Я не накажу ваших дочерей, когда они будут блудить,и не накажу ваших невесток, когда они будут нарушать супружескую верность,потому что мужчины сами уединяются с блудницами и приносят жертвы с блудницами храмовыми[f].Невежественный народ погибнет!

Jag vill inte straffa era döttrar för att de är skökor eller era svärdöttrar för att de begår äktenskapsbrott. För männen hänger själva ihop med skökor och förrättar offer med tempelprostituerade. Ett folk utan förstånd går under.

“เราจะไม่ลงโทษลูกสาวของเจ้าเมื่อพวกเขาหันไปเป็นโสเภณีหรือลงโทษลูกสะใภ้ของเจ้าที่ไปคบชู้เพราะพวกผู้ชายเองก็ไปคบค้ากับโสเภณีและทอดตัวให้กับหญิงโสเภณีประจำเทวสถานต่างๆประชาชาติที่ไม่มีความเข้าใจจะถึงแก่ความพินาศ!

但我不会因此而惩罚她们，因为你们也与娼妓苟合，与庙妓一起献祭。无知的民族必走向灭亡。

你 们 的 女 儿 淫 乱 ， 你 们 的 新 妇 行 淫 ， 我 却 不 惩 罚 他 们 ； 因 为 你 们 自 己 离 群 与 娼 妓 同 居 ， 与 妓 女 一 同 献 祭 。 这 无 知 的 民 必 致 倾 倒 。

但我不會因此而懲罰她們，因為你們也與娼妓苟合，與廟妓一起獻祭。無知的民族必走向滅亡。
