Hosea 13:15

For though he flourishes among the reeds (his fellow tribes),An east wind (Assyria) will come,The breath of the Lord rising from the desert;And Ephraim’s spring will become dryAnd his fountain will be dried up.Assyria will plunder his treasury of every precious object.

Though he be fruitful among his brethren, an east wind shall come, the wind of the Lord shall come up from the wilderness, and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain shall be dried up: he shall spoil the treasure of all pleasant vessels.

Even though they are doing well among the other tribes, trouble will come to them.I will send a hot and dry wind from the east. It will blow in from the desert.Their springs will not have any water. Their wells will dry up.All their treasures will be taken out of their storerooms.

Ephraim was the most fruitful of all his brothers, but the east wind—a blast from the Lord— will arise in the desert.All their flowing springs will run dry, and all their wells will disappear.Every precious thing they own will be plundered and carried away.

وَحَتَّى وَلَوِ ازْدَهَرَ كَالْعُشْبِ بَيْنَ إِخْوَتِهِ تَهُبُّ رِيحٌ شَرْقِيَّةٌ، رِيحُ الرَّبِّ الْمُقْبِلَةُ مِنَ الصَّحْرَاءِ فَتُجَفِّفُ يَنْبُوعَهُ وَتُنْضِبُ عَيْنَهُ وَتَنْهَبُ مَخَابِئَ كَنْزِهِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ نَفِيسٍ.

for du skal bære frugt blandt dine brødre.[b]Jeg vil sende en mægtig østenvind imod dig. Den skal blæse ind fra ørkenen, så dine kilder og brønde tørrer ud, og dine skatte tages fra dig.”

Noch ist Ephraim wie ein fruchtbarer Garten unter seinen Bruderstämmen, doch der Feind wird kommen und ihn vernichten. Wie ein starker Ostwind, der aus der glühend heißen Wüste weht, die Brunnen austrocknet und die Quellen versiegen lässt, so wird der Feind über Ephraim herfallen. Er plündert die Schätze und raubt die kostbarsten Gegenstände. Dafür sorge ich, der Herr!

Ephraïm a beau prospérer[f] |au milieu de l’herbage[g],le vent d’orient viendra,un vent de l’Eternel |montera du désertet il desséchera |la source d’Ephraïm,il fera tarir sa fontaine.L’ennemi pillera |tout son trésor[h], |tous les objets précieux.

Bisan pa nga mas mauswagon kamo sang sa inyo mga kadugo, laglagon ko kamo. Ipadala ko ang mainit nga hangin halin sa desierto sa sidlangan kag magakalahubas ang inyo mga tuburan kag mga bubon. Kag pagaagawon ang inyo malahalon nga mga pagkabutang.

イスラエルは、兄弟たちの中で一番実り豊かな者と呼ばれた。だが、東風、荒野からの主の風が吹きまくり、イスラエルを干上がらせてしまう。そのあふれる湧き水も泉も枯れて、イスラエルは渇きで死ぬ。

그가 비록 형제들 가운데서 번창하나 내가 광야에서 동풍을 보내겠다. 그의 원천이 마르고 그의 샘이 마를 것이며 그의 모든 창고에서 보물이 약탈당할 것이다.

Hij werd de vruchtbaarste onder zijn broeders genoemd, maar de oostenwind, de wind van de Here, zal hard over hem waaien en zijn land verwoesten. Zijn bronnen zullen opdrogen en de oases verdorren, hij zal sterven van dorst.’

Även om han blomstrar bland sina bröder,[c] ska östanvinden komma, Herrens vind blåsa från öknen. Hans brunn ska torka upp, hans källa sina. Ur hans förrådshus ska alla skatter plundras.

ถึงแม้ว่าเขารุ่งโรจน์อยู่ในหมู่พี่น้องแต่ลมตะวันออกจากองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าจะมาถึงพัดกระหน่ำมาจากทะเลทรายน้ำพุของเขาจะไม่ไหลบ่อน้ำของเขาจะเหือดแห้งและคลังของเขาจะถูกปล้นชิงเอาทรัพย์สมบัติไปหมด
