And all of these, though they gained [divine] approval through their faith, did not receive [the fulfillment of] what was promised,

And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:

إِنَّ هؤُلاءِ لَمْ يَحْصُلُوا جَمِيعاً عَلَى تَحْقِيقِ كُلِّ مَا وَعَدَهُمُ اللهُ بِهِ، مَعَ أَنَّهُمْ حَاصِلُونَ عَلَى شَهَادَةٍ حَسَنَةٍ مِنْ جِهَةِ الإِيمَانِ.

Silang tanan gidayeg tungod sa ilang pagtuo. Apan sa ilang panahon wala nila madawat ang gisaad sa Dios kanila.
