Habakkuk 1:6

“For behold, I am raising up the [b]Chaldeans [who rule in [c]Babylon],That fierce and impetuous nationWho march throughout the earthTo take possession of dwelling places that do not belong to them.

For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwellingplaces that are not their's.

“For behold, I am raising up the Chaldeans,That [e]fierce and impetuous peopleWho march [f]throughout the earthTo [g]seize dwelling places which are not theirs.

I am going to send the armies of Babylon to attack you. They are very mean. They move quickly.They sweep across the whole earth. They take over homes that do not belong to them.

فَهَا أَنَا أُثِيرُ الْكَلْدَانِيِّينَ، هَذِهِ الأُمَّةَ الْحَانِقَةَ الْمُنْدَفِعَةَ الزَّاحِفَةَ فِي رِحَابِ الأَرْضِ، لِتَسْتَوْلِيَ عَلَى مَسَاكِنَ لَيْسَتْ لَهَا.

Jeg vil sende kaldæerne[b] imod jer, et hidsigt og hensynsløst folk.De strejfer omkring over hele jorden og erobrer fremmede byer og lande.

Denn schon bald lasse ich die Babylonier zu großer Macht gelangen, dieses grausame und von Kampflust getriebene Volk. Ihre Truppen durchstreifen die ganze Welt und reißen ein Land nach dem anderen an sich.

地上の新しい勢力として、カルデヤ人を起こす。残忍で横暴なこの民は、世界を行き巡り、征服する。

내가 사납고 성급한 백성 [a]바빌로니아 사람을 일으키겠다. 그들은 온 세상을 휩쓸고 다니면서 남의 땅을 마구 점령하는 자들이다.

Ik ga een nieuwe wereldmacht ten tonele voeren, de Chaldeeën, een wreed, woest volk. Zij trekken de hele wereld door en veroveren andermans woonplaatsen.

Se, jag ska resa upp kaldéerna, det grymma och häftiga folket, som drar ut över hela jorden och tar andras hem i besittning.

เรากำลังจะให้ชาวบาบิโลน[a]มีอำนาจขึ้นมาพวกเขาเป็นชนชาติที่โหดร้ายและเลือดร้อนซึ่งกรีธาทัพไปทั่วโลกเพื่อยึดครองดินแดนที่ไม่ใช่ของตน

我要使凶残、暴虐的迦勒底人兴起。他们要席卷天下，强占别人的家园。

我 必 兴 起 迦 勒 底 人 ， 就 是 那 残 忍 暴 躁 之 民 ， 通 行 遍 地 ， 占 据 那 不 属 自 己 的 住 处 。

我要使兇殘、暴虐的迦勒底人興起。他們要席捲天下，強佔別人的家園。
