Habakkuk 1:4

Therefore, the law is ineffective and ignoredAnd justice is never upheld,For the wicked surround the righteous;Therefore, justice becomes perverted.

Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.

The law can’t do what it’s supposed to do. Fairness never comes out on top.Sinful people surround those who do what is right. So people are never treated fairly. The Lord Replies to Habakkuk

لِذَلِكَ بَطَلَتِ الشَّرِيعَةُ، وَبَادَ الْعَدْلُ لأَنَّ الأَشْرَارَ يُحَاصِرُونَ الصِّدِّيقَ فَيَصْدُرُ الْحُكْمُ مُنْحَرِفاً عَنِ الْحَقِّ. جواب الرب

Loven er sat ud af kraft, der er ingen retfærdighed mere.Når gudløsheden tager overhånd, bliver sandheden undertrykt.” Herrens svar

Dagegen ist das Gesetz machtlos geworden, auf ein gerechtes Urteil hofft man vergeblich. Der Gottlose treibt den Unschuldigen in die Enge, und Recht wird in Unrecht verdreht. Gottes Antwort

ฉะนั้นกฎหมายจึงเป็นอัมพาตและความยุติธรรมไม่ปรากฏคนชั่วล้อมกรอบคนชอบธรรมจนความยุติธรรมถูกบิดเบือนไป คำตอบขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า
