Genesis 31:48

Laban said, “This mound [of stones] is a witness [a reminder of the oath taken] today between you and me.” Therefore he [also] called the name Galeed,

And Laban said, This heap is a witness between me and thee this day. Therefore was the name of it called Galeed;

Laban said, “This heap is a witness between [ag]you and me this day.” Therefore it was named Galeed,

Laban said, “This pile of stones is a witness between you and me today.” That’s why it was named Galeed.

Laban said, “This heap is a witness between you and me today.” That is why it was called Galeed.

Laban said, ‘This heap is a witness between you and me today.’ That is why it was called Galeed.

Then Laban declared, “This pile of stones will stand as a witness to remind us of the covenant we have made today.” This explains why it was called Galeed—“Witness Pile.”

وَقَالَ لابَانُ: «هَذِهِ الرُّجْمَةُ شَاهِدَةٌ الْيَوْمَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ». لِذَلِكَ دُعِيَ اسْمُهَا جَلْعِيدَ.

»Dieser Hügel ist jetzt Zeuge für unser Abkommen«, sagte Laban. Deswegen wurde er also Gal-Ed genannt.

Nagsiling si Laban, “Ining tinumpok nga mga bato magapamatuod sa kasugtanan naton nga duha.” Amo ina ang kabangdanan kon ngaa gin-ngalanan ato nga tinumpok nga Galeed.

라반이 야곱에게 “이 돌무더기가 너와 나 사이에 증거물이 될 것이다” 하였으므로 그 곳이 갈르엣이란 이름을 갖게 되었다.

Labão disse: “Este monte de pedras é uma testemunha entre mim e você, no dia de hoje”. Por isso foi chamado Galeede.

E Labão disse: “Que esta pilha de pedras sirva como testemunho da aliança entre mim e ti.” Por isso, o seu nome será Galeede.

Laban a zis:– Această movilă este astăzi martoră între mine şi tine.De aceea a fost numită Galed.

”Detta stenröse ska vara ett vittne mellan dig och mig”, sa Laban. Därför fick det heta Galed.
