Genesis 20:16

Then to Sarah he said, “Look, I have given this brother of yours a [d]thousand pieces of silver; it is to compensate you [for all that has happened] and to vindicate your honor before all who are with you; before all men you are cleared and compensated.”

And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to thee a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with thee, and with all other: thus she was reproved.

And to Sarah he said, “I’ve given your brother a thousand pieces of silver—that clears you of even a shadow of suspicion before the eyes of the world. You’re vindicated.” 17-18 Then Abraham prayed to God and God healed Abimelech, his wife and his maidservants, and they started having babies again. For God had shut down every womb in Abimelech’s household on account of Sarah, Abraham’s wife.

To Sarah he said, “Behold, I have given your brother a thousand pieces of silver; behold, it is [n]your vindication before all who are with you, and before all men you are cleared.”

He said to Sarah, “I’m giving your brother 25 pounds of silver. This will show everyone with you that I am sorry for what I did to you. You haven’t done anything wrong.”

To Sarah he said, “I am giving your brother a thousand shekels[a] of silver. This is to cover the offense against you before all who are with you; you are completely vindicated.”

To Sarah he said, ‘I am giving your brother a thousand shekels[a] of silver. This is to cover the offence against you before all who are with you; you are completely vindicated.’

And he said to Sarah, “Look, I am giving your ‘brother’ 1,000 pieces of silver[a] in the presence of all these witnesses. This is to compensate you for any wrong I may have done to you. This will settle any claim against me, and your reputation is cleared.”

وَقَالَ لِسَارَةَ: «هَا قَدْ وَهَبْتُ أَخَاكِ أَلْفَ قِطْعَةٍ مِنَ الْفِضَّةِ، تَبْرِئَةً لَكِ مِنْ كُلِّ إِسَاءَةٍ أَمَامَ الَّذِينَ مَعَكِ، فَأَنْتِ بَرِيئَةٌ أَمَامَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ، وَهَكَذَا تَكُونِينَ قَدْ أُنْصِفْتِ».

Til Sara sagde han: „Jeg giver din bror 1000 sølvstykker i erstatning for det, som er overgået dig. Så regner jeg med, at vi er kvit.”

Danach wandte er sich an Sara: »Schau her! Ich gebe deinem Bruder 1000 Silberstücke als Entschädigung. Daran können die Leute sehen, dass deine Ehre nicht geraubt worden ist. Niemand soll dir etwas nachsagen können!« 17-18 Dann betete Abraham für Abimelech. Gott, der Herr, erhörte ihn und hob die Strafe wieder auf, die er über das ganze Haus Abimelechs verhängt hatte. Abimelechs Frau und alle seine Sklavinnen waren nämlich unfruchtbar geworden, weil er Abrahams Frau zu sich geholt hatte. Aber nun konnten sie wieder Kinder bekommen.

Puis, se tournant vers Sara, il dit : Vois, je donne mille pièces d’argent à ton frère. C’est là un gage de ton innocence pour tous ceux qui sont avec toi et cela te justifiera devant tous.

Nagsiling man siya kay Sara, “Hatagan ko ang imo utod sang 1,000 ka bilog nga pilak bilang pamatuod sa tanan ninyo nga kaupdanan nga wala ko ikaw matandog kag agod indi sila maghunahuna nga nakahimo ka sang malain.” 17-18 Tungod sa pagkuha ni Abimelec kay Sara, ginbuot sang Ginoo nga indi makabata ang tanan nga babayi sa iya panimalay. Gani nagpangamuyo si Abraham sa Dios, kag gin-ayo sang Dios ang asawa ni Abimelec kag ang iya mga ulipon nga mga babayi agod makabata sila liwat. Gin-ayo man sang Dios si Abimelec sa iya balatian.

サラのほうを向いて続けました。「あなたの『お兄さん』に、弁償金として銀貨一千枚を差し上げることにしよう。それで万事収めてもらえないだろうか。これで、間違いはなかったと認められるだろう。」

E dirigindo-se a Sara: “Dei ao teu irmão mil peças de dinheiro para reparação do dano moral que lhe causei, de forma também a que tu própria fiques ilibada de qualquer suspeita ou acusação neste assunto, porque é assim que manda a justiça.” 17-18 Abraão orou pedindo a Deus que curasse tanto o rei como a sua mulher, a sua família e toda a gente que trabalhava para ele, porque Deus tinha impedido as mulheres de terem filhos, para castigar Abimeleque por ter ficado com a mulher de Abraão.

Sedan vände han sig till Sara: ”Se här, jag ger din bror 1 000 siklar[a] silver som ersättning åt dig inför de dina. På så sätt blir du upprättad inför alla.”

แล้วเขากล่าวกับซาราห์ว่า “เราขอมอบเงินหนึ่งพันเชเขล[a]แก่พี่ชายของเจ้า เป็นค่าทำขวัญต่อหน้าทุกคนที่อยู่กับเจ้า เจ้าไม่มีมลทินใดๆ เลย”

亚比米勒对撒拉说：“我给你哥哥十一公斤银子，在你家人面前证明你是清白的，你没有做错什么。”

又 对 撒 拉 说 ： 我 给 你 哥 哥 一 千 银 子 ， 作 为 你 在 阖 家 人 面 前 遮 羞 ( 原 文 作 眼 ) 的 ， 你 就 在 众 人 面 前 没 有 不 是 了 。

亞比米勒對撒拉說：「我給你哥哥十一公斤銀子，在你家人面前證明你是清白的，你沒有做錯什麼。」
