Galatians 3:8

The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, proclaimed the good news [of the Savior] to Abraham in advance [with this promise], saying, “In you shall all the nations be blessed.”

Además las Escrituras preveían que había de llegar el tiempo en que Dios, por medio de la fe, haría justos también a los gentiles. Así se lo declaró a Abraham, diciéndole: “Bendeciré por medio de ti a todas las naciones de la tierra”.

Long ago, Scripture knew that God would make the Gentiles right with himself. He would do this by their faith in him. He announced the good news ahead of time to Abraham. God said, “All nations will be blessed because of you.” (Genesis 12:3; 18:18; 22:18)

Skriften har for længe siden gjort det klart, at Gud ville acceptere alle folkeslag på grund af deres tro. Det kan man se af det løfte, Gud gav Abraham, nemlig: „Gennem dig vil alle folkeslag blive velsignet.”[b]

U Svetome pismu naviješteno je da će Bog i pogane opravdati po vjeri. Bog je to odavna navijestio Abrahamu kad je rekao: 'Blagoslovit ću kroz tebe sve narode.'

Gud har hele tiden forutsagt i Skriften[c] at han en dag ville gjøre alle folk skyldfri innfor ham gjennom troen. Han lot Abraham få innsikt i disse glade nyhetene allerede i forveien. Han sa: ”Gjennom deg skal alle verdens folk få del i mine goder.”[d]

In de Boeken is voorzegd dat het tussen God en niet-Joodse volken in orde zou komen, wanneer zij op Hem zouden vertrouwen. God zei ooit tegen Abraham: ‘U zult voor alle volken een zegen zijn.’ Dat was goed nieuws!

Písmo už dávno poukazovalo na to, že Boh spasí skrze vieru aj pohanov. A tak Boh zvestuje Abrahámovi, že skrze neho budú požehnané všetky národy.
