Ezekiel 32:2

“Son of man, take up a dirge (funeral poem to be sung) over Pharaoh king of Egypt and say to him,‘You have compared yourself to a young lion among the nations,But you are like a monster in the seas;You burst into your riversAnd disturbed and muddied the waters with your feetAnd fouled their rivers [the source of their prosperity].’”

Son of man, take up a lamentation for Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say unto him, Thou art like a young lion of the nations, and thou art as a whale in the seas: and thou camest forth with thy rivers, and troubledst the waters with thy feet, and fouledst their rivers.

“Son of man, take up a lamentation over Pharaoh king of Egypt and say to him,‘You [a]compared yourself to a young lion of the nations,Yet you are like the monster in the seas;And you burst forth in your riversAnd muddied the waters with your feetAnd [b]fouled their rivers.’”

“Son of man, sing a song of sadness about Pharaoh Hophra, the king of Egypt. Tell him,“ ‘You are like a lion among the nations. You are like a monster in the sea.You move around wildly in your rivers. You churn the water with your feet. You make the streams muddy.’ ”

“Son of man, take up a lament concerning Pharaoh king of Egypt and say to him:“‘You are like a lion among the nations; you are like a monster in the seasthrashing about in your streams, churning the water with your feet and muddying the streams.

‘Son of man, take up a lament concerning Pharaoh king of Egypt and say to him:‘“You are like a lion among the nations; you are like a monster in the seasthrashing about in your streams, churning the water with your feet and muddying the streams.

“Son of man, mourn for Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and give him this message:“You think of yourself as a strong young lion among the nations, but you are really just a sea monster,heaving around in your own rivers, stirring up mud with your feet.

«يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ، انْدُبْ فِرْعَوْنَ مَلِكَ مِصْرَ بِمَرْثَاةٍ وَقُلْ لَهُ: أَنْتَ شَبَّهْتَ نَفْسَكَ بِشِبْلٍ بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ، مَعَ أَنَّكَ مِثْلُ تِمْسَاحٍ فِي الْبِحَارِ. اقْتَحَمْتَ أَنْهَارَكَ وَكَدَّرْتَ الْمَاءَ بِقَدَمَيْكَ وَعَكَّرْتَ أَنْهَارَهُمْ.

„Du menneske, syng en sørgesang for Egyptens konge:Du var som en løve blandt nationerne, som et uhyre fra havet fór du frem,piskede Nilens vande op og trampede bredderne til mudder.

»Du Mensch, stimm ein Klagelied an über den Pharao, den König von Ägypten. Richte ihm aus:Du denkst, du wärst so stark wie ein junger Löwe, mächtiger als alle Völker. Doch du gleichst eher einem Krokodil[a] im großen Fluss! Du bläst ins Wasser, dass es sprudelt, und mit deinen Füßen wühlst du es auf, ja, jeden Fluss lässt du trüb werden.

«Hijo de hombre, entona este lamento dedicado al faraón, rey de Egipto:»“Pareces un león entre las naciones; pareces un monstruo marino chapoteando en el río;con tus patas enturbias el agua y revuelves sus corrientes.

Fils d’homme,prononce une complainte |sur le pharaon, roi d’Egypte,dis-lui :« Tu ressemblais |à un jeune lion |parmi les peuples.Tu ressemblais, jadis, |au crocodile dans les flots,tu te soulevais dans tes fleuves,et, de tes pattes, |tu en troublais les eaux,tu salissais tous leurs canaux[b].

“Tawo, magpanalambiton ka parte sa Faraon nga hari sang Egipto. Isiling ini sa iya: Nagahunahuna ka nga pareho ka sang leon nga nagapakadto-pakari sa mga nasyon. Pero ang matuod, pareho ka lang sang buaya nga nagalangoy-langoy sa imo mga suba. Ginalabugay mo sang imo tiil ang tubig kag nagalubog ini.

「人の子よ、エジプトの王のために嘆け。そして、王に告げよ。おまえは自分を、国々の中で強くて若いライオンのようだと思っている。だがおまえは、ナイル川の岸で水をかき混ぜて濁らせている、わにのような存在でしかない。

“사람의 아들아, 너는 이집트 왕 바로에게 다음과 같은 애가를 불러 주어라.‘네가 모든 나라 가운데서 젊은 사자처럼 행세하고 있으나 너는 나일 강변의 한 마리 악어에 불과하다. 네가 강을 휘젓고 다니면서 발로 흙탕물을 일으켜 강을 더럽히는구나.

‘Mensenzoon, zing een klaaglied over de farao, de koning van Egypte, en zeg hem: “U beschouwde uzelf als een sterke leeuw onder de volken, maar u bent slechts een krododil langs de oevers van de Nijl. U laat het water uit uw neusgaten spuiten. Met uw poten bevuilt u het water. Al zijn stromen maakt u modderig en troebel.

“Filho do homem, entoe um lamento a respeito do faraó, rei do Egito, e diga-lhe:“Você é como um leão entre as nações, como um monstro nos mares,contorcendo-se em seus riachos,agitando e enlameando as suas águas com os pés.

“Homem mortal, chora por Faraó, o rei do Egito, e diz-lhe: Pensas que és tão forte como um leão novo, no meio dos povos, mas não passas dum mero monstro marinho arrastando-se nos bancos de areia do rio, fazendo borbulhar a água e remexendo o lodo.

„Fiul omului, rosteşte o cântare de jale despre Faraon, monarhul Egiptului, şi spune-i:«Te consideri un leu printre neamuri, dar eşti ca un monstru în mări!Te arunci în râurile tale, tulburi apele cu picioarele şi îţi murdăreşti râurile.»

”Du människa, sjung en klagosång över farao, kungen av Egypten, och säg till honom: ’Du var som ett ungt lejon bland folken, som ett odjur i havet. Du for fram utmed dina floder, rörde upp vattnet med dina fötter och grumlade dess flöden.

“บุตรมนุษย์เอ๋ย จงเปล่งบทคร่ำครวญเกี่ยวกับฟาโรห์กษัตริย์แห่งอียิปต์ และกล่าวแก่เขาว่า“ ‘เจ้าเป็นเหมือนสิงโตในหมู่ประชาชาติเหมือนสัตว์ร้ายในทะเลเจ้าฟาดหางไปมาอยู่ในห้วงน้ำเอาเท้ากวนน้ำให้กระเพื่อมและทำให้ลำธารต่างๆ ขุ่น

“人子啊，你要为埃及王法老唱哀歌，对他说，“‘你自认为是列邦中的雄狮，其实你像激荡江河、用脚把江河搅浑的海怪。

人 子 啊 ， 你 要 为 埃 及 王 法 老 作 哀 歌 ， 说 ： 从 前 你 在 列 国 中 ， 如 同 少 壮 狮 子 ； 现 在 你 却 像 海 中 的 大 鱼 。 你 冲 出 江 河 ， 用 爪 搅 动 诸 水 ， 使 江 河 浑 浊 。

「人子啊，你要為埃及王法老唱哀歌，對他說，『你自認為是列邦中的雄獅，其實你像激蕩江河、用腳把江河攪渾的海怪。
