Exodus 23:2

You shall not follow a crowd to do [something] evil, nor shall you testify at a trial or in a dispute so as to side with a crowd in order to pervert justice;

Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:

You shall not follow [a]the masses in doing evil, nor shall you [b]testify in a dispute so as to turn aside after [c]a multitude in order to pervert justice;

“Do not follow the crowd when they do what is wrong. When you are a witness in court, do not turn what is right into what is wrong. Do not go along with the crowd.

“Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd,

لَا تَتْبَعِ الأَغْلَبِيَّةَ لاِرْتِكَابِ الشَّرِّ، وَلا تُحَرِّفْ شَهَادَتَكَ فِي دَعْوَى انْجِرَافاً مَعَ الأَكْثَرِيَّةِ،

Lad dig ikke presse af mængden til at gøre uret. Når du er vidne i retten, så hold dig til sandheden, selv når det er upopulært.
