Exodus 22:25

“If you lend money to any one of My people with you who is poor, you shall not act as a creditor (professional moneylender) to him; you shall not charge him interest.

If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.

“If you lend money to my people, to any of the down-and-out among you, don’t come down hard on them and gouge them with interest. 26-27 “If you take your neighbor’s coat as security, give it back before nightfall; it may be your neighbor’s only covering—what else does the person have to sleep in? And if I hear the neighbor crying out from the cold, I’ll step in—I’m compassionate.

إِنْ أَقْرَضْتَ فَقِيراً مِنْ شَعْبِيَ الْمُقِيمِ عِنْدَكَ فَلا تُعَامِلْهُ كَالْمُرَابيِ، وَلا تَتَقَاضَ مِنْهُ فَائِدَةً.

我 民 中 有 贫 穷 人 与 你 同 住 ， 你 若 借 钱 给 他 ， 不 可 如 放 债 的 向 他 取 利 。
