Exodus 13:21

The [presence of the] Lord was going before them by day in a pillar (column) of cloud to lead them along the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, so that they could travel by day and by night.

وَكَانَ الرَّبُّ يَتَقَدَّمُهُمْ نَهَاراً فِي عَمُودِ سَحَابٍ لِيَهْدِيَهُمْ فِي الطَّرِيقِ، وَلَيْلاً فِي عَمُودِ نَارٍ لِيُضِيءَ لَهُمْ.

Herren gik selv foran dem, om dagen i form af en skysøjle for at vise dem vej og om natten i form af en ildsøjle for at lyse for dem. På den måde kunne de rejse både om dagen og om natten.

神が昼間は雲の柱、夜は火の柱を立て、進む道をはっきり示してくれたので、彼らは昼も夜も旅を続けることができました。

Herren ledde dem i en molnpelare om dagen för att visa dem vägen och med en eldpelare om natten för att lysa dem. På så sätt kunde de vandra både dag och natt,

耶和华走在他们前面，白天用云柱为他们指示道路，晚上用火柱照亮他们，这样他们可以日夜赶路。
