Exodus 1:18

So the king of Egypt called for the midwives and said to them, “Why have you done this thing, and allowed the boy babies to live?”

فَاسْتَدْعَى مَلِكُ مِصْرَ الْقَابِلَتَيْنِ وَسَأَلَهُمَا: «لِمَاذَا فَعَلْتُمَا هَذَا الأَمْرَ واسْتَحْيَيْتُمَا الأَطْفَالَ الذُّكُورَ؟»

Da kaldte kongen dem til sig og sagde: „I lader jo drengene leve! Hvorfor gør I ikke, som jeg har sagt?”

Gani ginpatawag sang hari sang Egipto ang mga paltera kag ginpamangkot, “Ngaa ginhimo ninyo ini? Ngaa ginpabay-an ninyo nga mabuhi ang mga lapsag nga lalaki?”

そこで王は彼女たちを呼びつけ、問い詰めました。「おまえたちは男の子を生かしておくそうだな。なぜ私の命令に背いたのだ。」

그때 이집트 왕이 그 산파들을 불러 “너희가 어째서 내 명령을 어기고 남자 아이들을 살려 주었느냐?” 하고 묻자

De koning liet hen bij zich komen en riep hen ter verantwoording: ‘Waarom hebben jullie mijn bevelen niet uitgevoerd en toch de pasgeboren jongens in leven gelaten?’

Então o rei do Egito convocou as parteiras e lhes perguntou: “Por que vocês fizeram isso? Por que deixaram viver os meninos?”

Då kallade kungen dem till sig och frågade: ”Varför gör ni så här, låter pojkarna leva?”

กษัตริย์อียิปต์จึงรับสั่งให้นำตัวนางผดุงครรภ์ทั้งสองมาเข้าเฝ้าและตรัสถามว่า “เหตุใดเจ้าจึงทำเช่นนี้? เหตุใดเจ้าจึงปล่อยเด็กผู้ชายให้มีชีวิตอยู่?”

埃及王召见那两个接生婆，质问她们：“你们为什么这样做？为什么让男婴活着？”
