Ecclesiastes 9:3

This evil is in all that is done under the sun, that one fate comes to all. Also, the hearts of the sons of men are full of evil, and madness is in their hearts while they live, and afterwards they go to the dead.

It seems so wrong that everyone under the sun suffers the same fate. Already twisted by evil, people choose their own mad course, for they have no hope. There is nothing ahead but death anyway.

وَأَشَرُّ مَا يَجْرِي تَحْتَ الشَّمْسِ أَنَّ الْجَمِيعَ يَلْقَوْنَ نَفْسَ الْمَصِيرِ، وَأَنَّ قُلُوبَ بَنِي الْبَشَرِ مُفْعَمَةٌ بِالشَّرِّ، وَفِي حَيَاتِهِمْ تَمْتَلِئُ صُدُورُهُمْ بِالْحَمَاقَةِ، ثُمَّ يَمُوتُونَ!

Det er det, der gør menneskelivet så meningsløst. Det er grunden til, at mennesker ikke tager deres ondskab så tungt, men fremturer i deres vanvid, indtil døden indhenter dem.

Es ist zum Verzweifeln, dass alle Menschen auf dieser Welt ein und dasselbe Schicksal erleiden! Ihr Leben lang sind sie verblendet, und ihr Herz ist voller Bosheit, bis sie schließlich sterben.

Parmi tout ce qui se passe sous le soleil, voilà bien un mal : c’est que tous les hommes connaissent un sort identique. Car à cause de cela, le cœur des humains est rempli de méchanceté et la déraison habite leur cœur tout au long de leur vie. C’est qu’après cela, on va rejoindre les morts !

인간이 같은 운명에 처해 있다는 것은 공평하지 못한 일이다. 그래서 사람들은 구태여 선하게 살려고 애쓰지 않고 한평생을 미친 개처럼 살다가 결국 저 세상으로 가고 만다.
