Ecclesiastes 3:11

He has made everything beautiful and appropriate in its time. He has also planted eternity [a sense of divine purpose] in the human heart [a mysterious longing which nothing under the sun can satisfy, except God]—yet man cannot find out (comprehend, grasp) what God has done (His overall plan) from the beginning to the end.

He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

He has made everything [b]appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, [c]yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.

إِذْ صَنَعَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَسَناً فِي حِينِهِ وَغَرَسَ الأَبَدِيَّةَ فِي قُلُوبِ الْبَشَرِ، وَمَعَ ذَلِكَ لَمْ يُدْرِكُوا أَعْمَالَ اللهِ مِنَ الْبَدَايَةِ إِلَى النِّهَايَةِ.

Alt har han skabt, så det har sin tid og tjener hans plan. Men skønt han har lagt evigheden i vores hjerter, fatter vi dog ikke hans plan og virke fra begyndelsen til enden.

Für alles auf der Welt hat Gott schon vorher die rechte Zeit bestimmt. In das Herz des Menschen hat er den Wunsch gelegt, nach dem zu fragen, was ewig ist. Aber der Mensch kann Gottes Werke nie voll und ganz begreifen.

Dieu fait toute chose belle en son temps.Il a implanté au tréfonds de l’être humain le sens de l’éternité, sans toutefois que l’homme puisse appréhender l’œuvre que Dieu accomplit du commencement à la fin.

あらゆることには、ふさわしい時というものがあります。また神は、人間の心に永遠を思う思いを与えました。しかし、人は神の働きの全体を見ることができないのです。

하나님은 모든 것을 때를 따라 아름답게 만드시고 [a]사람에게 영원을 사모하는 마음을 주셨다. 그러나 사람은 하나님이 하시는 일을 처음부터 끝까지 이해할 수가 없다.

Voor alles wat Hij heeft gemaakt, bestaat een geschikt moment. Ook al heeft God het besef van de eeuwigheid in het hart van de mensen geplant, toch kan de mens al Gods werk, vanaf het eerste begin tot het absolute einde, niet overzien.

Tudo tem o seu tempo próprio e ainda que Deus tenha posto no coração do ser humano a ideia da eternidade, mesmo assim o homem não consegue atingir inteiramente o propósito das obras de Deus, desde o princípio até ao fim.

Allt har han gjort skönt i sin tid. Också evigheten har han lagt i deras hjärtan,[a] men människan kan ändå inte fatta Guds gärningar från början till slut.

祂使万事各按其时变得美好，又把永恒的意识放在人心里，人却不能测透上帝从始至终的作为。

神 造 万 物 ， 各 按 其 时 成 为 美 好 ， 又 将 永 生 （ 原 文 是 永 远 ） 安 置 在 世 人 心 里 。 然 而 神 从 始 至 终 的 作 为 ， 人 不 能 参 透 。

祂使萬事各按其時變得美好，又把永恆的意識放在人心裡，人卻不能測透上帝從始至終的作為。
