Ecclesiastes 12:3

in the day when the keepers of the house (hands, arms) tremble, and the strong men (feet, knees) bow themselves, and the grinders (molar teeth) cease because they are few, and those (eyes) who look through the windows grow dim;

In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened,

in the day that the watchmen of the house tremble, and mighty men stoop, the grinding ones stand idle because they are few, and those who look through [a]windows grow dim;

Remember your Creator before those who guard the house tremble with old age. That’s when strong men will be bent over.The women who grind grain will stop because there are so few of them left. Those who look through the windows won’t be able to see very well.

Remember him before your legs—the guards of your house—start to tremble; and before your shoulders—the strong men—stoop. Remember him before your teeth—your few remaining servants—stop grinding; and before your eyes—the women looking through the windows—see dimly.

فِي يَوْمٍ تَرْتَعِدُ فِيهِ حَفَظَةُ الْبَيْتِ (الأَذْرُعُ)، وَيَنْحَنِي الرِّجَالُ الأَشِدَّاءُ (الأَرْجُلُ الْقَوِيَّةُ)، وَتَكُفُّ الطَّوَاحِينُ (الأَسْنَانُ) لِقِلَّتِهَا، وَتُظْلِمُ الْعُيُونُ الْمُطِلَّةُ مِنْ بَيْنِ الأَجْفَانِ.

Porque há de vir um tempo em que os teus membros tremerão sob o peso dos anos; as tuas pernas enfraquecerão; terás poucos dentes para mastigar; virá a perda de vista.
