Deuteronomy 33:13

And of [j]Joseph he said,“Blessed by the Lord be his land,With the precious things of heaven, with the dew,And from the deep water that lies beneath,

Here’s what Moses said about Joseph.“May the Lord bless Joseph’s land. May he bless it with dew from the highest heavens. May he bless it with water from the deepest oceans.

وَقَالَ عَنْ سِبْطِ يُوسُفَ: «لِيُبَارِكِ الرَّبُّ أَرْضَهُ بِنَفَائِسِ قَطَرَاتِ نَدَى السَّمَاءِ، وَبِلُجَجِ الْمِيَاهِ الْغَائِرَةِ مِنْ تَحْتُ،

Herren velsigne Josefs land, med himlens regn og jordens kilder.
