Deuteronomy 27:15

‘Cursed is the man who makes a carved or cast image (idol), a repulsive thing to the Lord, the work of the hands of the artisan, and sets it up in secret.’ All the people shall answer and say, ‘Amen.’

Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image, an abomination unto the Lord, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place. And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.

‘Cursed is the man who makes [g]an idol or a molten image, an abomination to the Lord, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and sets it up in secret.’ And all the people shall answer and say, ‘Amen.’

“May anyone who makes a statue of a god and sets it up in secret be under the Lord’s curse. That statue is made by a skilled worker. And the Lord hates it.”Then all the people will say, “Amen!”

مَلْعُونٌ الإِنْسَانُ الَّذِي يَصْنَعُ تِمْثَالاً مَنْحُوتاً أَوْ مَسْبُوكاً مِمَّا تَصْنَعُهُ يَدَا نَحَّاتٍ، وَتَنْصِبُهُ لِلْعِبَادَةِ فِي الْخَفَاءِ، لأَنَّ ذَلِكَ رِجْسٌ لَدَى الرَّبِّ. وَيُجِيبُ جَمِيعُ الشَّعْبِ قَائِلِينَ: آمِينَ.

‚Herren afskyr afgudsdyrkelse, og han vil dømme enhver, der laver støbte eller udskårne afgudsbilleder og i al hemmelighed stiller dette menneskeværk op!’ Og folket skal svare: ‚Ja, bestemt!’

›Verflucht ist, wer aus Holz oder Metall eine Götzenstatue anfertigt und sie heimlich aufstellt. Denn sie ist ein Werk von Menschenhand, das der Herr verabscheut.‹Und das ganze Volk soll antworten: ›So soll es sein!‹

『隠れて、彫像や鋳像を造って拝む者はのろわれる。主は人間が造った神々を憎まれるからだ。』民はみな、『アーメン』（「そのとおりです」「そうしてください」の意）と答えなさい。

”Förbannelse över var och en som tillverkar och i hemlighet sätter upp en avgud vare sig det är en gud utskuren i trä eller en gjord av metall, för Herren avskyr dessa avgudar.” Och allt folket ska svara: ”Amen!”[a]

“ขอแช่งคนที่แกะสลักหรือหล่อรูปเคารพซึ่งองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าทรงรังเกียจ เป็นผลงานจากน้ำมือของช่างและตั้งไว้อย่างลับๆ”แล้วประชากรทั้งปวงจะขานรับว่า“อาเมน!”
