Deuteronomy 11:4

and what He did to the army of Egypt, to its horses and its chariots, when He made the water of the [a]Red Sea engulf them as they pursued you, and how the Lord [b]completely destroyed them;

They weren’t there when the Lord destroyed the army of Egypt and its horses and chariots. He swept the waters of the Red Sea over the Egyptians while they were chasing you. He wiped them out forever.

They didn’t see what the Lord did to the armies of Egypt and to their horses and chariots—how he drowned them in the Red Sea[a] as they were chasing you. He destroyed them, and they have not recovered to this very day!

وَالَّتِي صَنَعَهَا بِجَيْشِ مِصْرَ وَخَيْلِهِمْ وَمَرْكَبَاتِهِمْ، حَيْثُ جَعَلَ مِيَاهَ الْبَحْرِ الأَحْمَرِ تَغْمُرُهُمْ حِينَ سَعَوْا وَرَاءَكُمْ، فَأَهْلَكَهُمُ الرَّبُّ.

De oplevede ikke, hvordan Herren i Det Røde Hav druknede hele den egyptiske hær med alle dens heste og stridsvogne, der var i hælene på jer, så de én gang for alle blev uskadeliggjort.

Wala man nila makita ang ginhimo sang Ginoo sa Egiptohanon nga mga soldado kag sa ila sini nga mga kabayo kag mga karwahe, kon paano sila ginlumsan sang Ginoo sa Mapula nga Dagat sang ginlagas nila kamo. Ginlaglag sila sang Ginoo kag wala na sila hasta subong!
