Deuteronomy 1:41

“Then you answered and said to me, ‘We have sinned against the Lord. We will go up and fight, just as the Lord our God has commanded us.’ So you [g]equipped every man with weapons of war, and regarded it as easy to go up into the hill country.

Then ye answered and said unto me, We have sinned against the Lord, we will go up and fight, according to all that the Lord our God commanded us. And when ye had girded on every man his weapons of war, ye were ready to go up into the hill.

You spoke up, “We’ve sinned against God. We’ll go up and fight, following all the orders that God, our God, has commanded.” You took your weapons and dressed for battle—you thought it would be so easy going into those hills!

“Then you said to me, ‘We have sinned against the Lord; we will indeed go up and fight, just as the Lord our God commanded us.’ And every man of you girded on his weapons of war, and regarded it as easy to go up into the hill country.

Then you replied, “We have sinned against the Lord. We will go up and fight. We’ll do just as the Lord our God has commanded us.” So all of you got your swords and put them on. You thought it would be easy to go up into the hill country.

Then you replied, “We have sinned against the Lord. We will go up and fight, as the Lord our God commanded us.” So every one of you put on his weapons, thinking it easy to go up into the hill country.

“Then you confessed, ‘We have sinned against the Lord! We will go into the land and fight for it, as the Lord our God has commanded us.’ So your men strapped on their weapons, thinking it would be easy to attack the hill country.

فَأَجَبْتُمْ وَقُلْتُمْ لِي: لَقْدْ أَخْطَأْنَا إِلَى الرَّبِّ، وَنَحْنُ صَاعِدُونَ إِلَى الْحَرْبِ حَسَبَ كُلِّ مَا أَمَرَنَا بِهِ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُنَا. وَحَمَلَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ سِلاحَهُ، مَسْتَخِفّاً بِمَصَاعِبِ ارْتِقَاءِ الْجِبَالِ.

Så kom de straks på andre tanker: ‚Vi har syndet imod Herren!’ sagde de. ‚Men nu vil vi gerne gå ind i landet og kæmpe, sådan som Herren, vores Gud, har sagt.’ Derpå greb de til våben i den tro, at de med lethed kunne erobre hele området.

Alors vous vous êtes écriés : « Nous avons commis une faute contre l’Eternel. Nous irons et combattrons, comme l’Eternel notre Dieu nous l’a ordonné. » Chacun de vous a pris ses armes. Vous avez décidé présomptueusement de gravir la montagne.

“Dayon nagsiling kamo, ‘Nakasala kami sa Ginoo. Malakat kami kag magpakig-away suno sa ginmando sang Ginoo nga amon Dios sa amon.’ Gani ang kada isa sa inyo nagpreparar sang iya mga armas, nga nagahunahuna nga mahapos lang ang pag-agaw sa mga kabukiran.

するとあなたがたは、今度はあわてて罪を告白し始めたのです。『お赦しください。私たちが悪かったのです。ご命令どおり、その国に攻め入ります。』そう言うと、簡単に全地を征服できるとでも思ったのか、あたふたと武装し始めました。

“그때 여러분은 ‘우리가 여호와께 죄를 지었습니다. 우리는 여호와께서 명령하신 대로 올라가서 싸우겠습니다’ 하고 대답하였습니다. 그래서 여러분은 산간 지대를 정복하는 것이 쉬운 줄로 생각하고 싸울 준비를 했던 것입니다.

Toen gaf het volk toe: “Wij hebben gezondigd! Wij zullen het land wel binnentrekken en ervoor vechten, zoals de Here, onze God, ons heeft opgedragen.” Zij maakten zich klaar voor de strijd en dachten dat het een gemakkelijke verovering zou worden.

“Então vocês responderam: ‘Pecamos contra o Senhor. Nós subiremos e lutaremos, conforme tudo o que o Senhor, o nosso Deus, nos ordenou’. Cada um de vocês preparou-se com as suas armas de guerra, achando que seria fácil subir a região montanhosa.

Então confessaram: “Pecámos! Estamos agora decididos a entrar na terra e a lutar por ela, tal como o Senhor, nosso Deus, nos disse.” Pegaram em armas e pensaram que seria fácil subir à montanha.

Voi însă aţi început să-mi spuneţi: «Am păcătuit împotriva Domnului! Ne vom duce să ne luptăm, aşa cum ne-a poruncit Domnul, Dumnezeul nostru!» Şi astfel v-aţi luat armele şi aţi îndrăznit să vă urcaţi pe vârful muntelui.

Då svarade ni: ”Vi har syndat mot Herren. Vi vill gå och strida som Herren, vår Gud, har befallt oss.” Ni tog alltså era vapen och tänkte att det skulle bli en enkel sak att marschera upp i bergen.

แล้วพวกท่านจึงตอบว่า “เราได้ทำบาปต่อองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าเราจะขึ้นไปต่อสู้ตามพระบัญชาของพระยาห์เวห์พระเจ้าของเรา” ดังนั้นท่านทุกคนจึงถืออาวุธพร้อมรบ คิดว่าจะบุกเข้าไปในแถบเทือกเขาได้อย่างง่ายดาย

“于是，你们对我说，‘我们得罪了耶和华，现在我们愿意遵从我们的上帝耶和华的吩咐，上去作战。’你们便各自拿起兵器，以为可以轻易攻占山区。

那 时 ， 你 们 回 答 我 说 ： 我 们 得 罪 了 耶 和 华 ， 情 愿 照 耶 和 华 ─ 我 们 神 一 切 所 吩 咐 的 上 去 争 战 。 於 是 你 们 各 人 带 着 兵 器 ， 争 先 上 山 地 去 了 。

「於是，你們對我說，『我們得罪了耶和華，現在我們願意遵從我們的上帝耶和華的吩咐，上去作戰。』你們便各自拿起兵器，以為可以輕易攻佔山區。
