Deuteronomy 1:42

But the Lord said to me, ‘Say to them, “Do not go up and do not fight, for I am not among you [because of your rebellion]; otherwise you will be [badly] defeated by your enemies.”’

And the Lord said unto me, Say unto them. Go not up, neither fight; for I am not among you; lest ye be smitten before your enemies.

But God told me, “Tell them, ‘Don’t do it; don’t go up to fight—I’m not with you in this. Your enemies will waste you.’” 43-46 I told you but you wouldn’t listen. You rebelled at the plain word of God. You threw out your chests and strutted into the hills. And those Amorites, who had lived in those hills all their lives, swarmed all over you like a hive of bees, chasing you from Seir all the way to Hormah, a stinging defeat. You came back and wept in the presence of God, but he didn’t pay a bit of attention to you; God didn’t give you the time of day. You stayed there in Kadesh a long time, about as long as you had stayed there earlier.

And the Lord said to me, ‘Say to them, “Do not go up nor fight, for I am not among you; otherwise you will be [t]defeated before your enemies.”’

But the Lord spoke to me. He said, “Tell them, ‘Do not go up and fight. I will not be with you. Your enemies will win the battle over you.’ ”

But the Lord said to me, “Tell them, ‘Do not go up and fight, because I will not be with you. You will be defeated by your enemies.’”

But the Lord said to me, ‘Tell them, “Do not go up and fight, because I will not be with you. You will be defeated by your enemies.”’

“But the Lord told me to tell you, ‘Do not attack, for I am not with you. If you go ahead on your own, you will be crushed by your enemies.’

فَأَمَرَنِي الرَّبُّ: قُلْ لَهُمْ لَا تَصْعَدُوا وَلا تُحَارِبُوا، لأَنِّي لَسْتُ فِي وَسَطِكُمْ، لِئَلّا تَنْهَزِمُوا أَمَامَ أَعْدَائِكُمْ.

Men Herren sagde til mig: ‚Sig til dem, at de skal lade være, for jeg har ikke i sinde at hjælpe dem, og de vil blive hugget ned af deres fjender.’

Der Herr aber sprach zu mir: »Warne sie davor, ins Bergland zu gehen und zu kämpfen! Ich stehe ihnen nicht bei! Sie werden den Kampf verlieren!«

Mais l’Eternel m’a dit : « Ordonne-leur de ne pas monter et de ne pas combattre, car je ne suis pas avec eux, et ils vont se faire battre par leurs ennemis. »

“Pero nagsiling ang Ginoo sa akon, ‘Silinga sila nga indi maglakat kag magpakig-away, tungod kay indi ako mag-upod sa ila. Mapierdi sila sang ila mga kaaway.’

しかし主は、私にはっきり言われました。『やめさせなさい。わたしがいっしょにいないのに無謀なことをしたら、ひどい目に会うだけだ。』

그러나 여호와께서는 나에게 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. ‘너는 그들에게 산간 지대로 올라가지도 말고 싸우지도 말라고 하여라. 내가 그들과 함께하지 않을 것이니 그들은 원수들에게 패할 것이다.’

Maar de Here zei tegen mij: “Houd hen tegen, want Ik ga niet met hen mee. Als zij gaan, worden zij door hun vijanden verslagen.”

“Mas o Senhor me disse: ‘Diga-lhes que não subam nem lutem, porque não estarei com eles. Serão derrotados pelos seus inimigos’.

Dar Domnul mi-a poruncit să vă spun astfel: «Să nu vă urcaţi şi să nu vă luptaţi pentru că Eu nu sunt în mijlocul vostru şi astfel veţi fi învinşi de către duşmanii voştri.»

Men Herren sa till mig: ”Säg till dem att inte göra det, för jag tänker inte gå med dem. De kommer att besegras av fienden.”

แต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าตรัสกับข้าพเจ้าว่า “จงบอกพวกเขาว่า ‘อย่าขึ้นไปต่อสู้ เพราะเราจะไม่อยู่กับเจ้า เจ้าจะพ่ายแพ้ศัตรู’ ”

但耶和华让我告诉你们，‘不要上去作战，以免被敌人击败，因为耶和华不会与你们同在。’

耶 和 华 吩 咐 我 说 ： 你 对 他 们 说 ： 不 要 上 去 ， 也 不 要 争 战 ； 因 我 不 在 你 们 中 间 ， 恐 怕 你 们 被 仇 敌 杀 败 了 。

但耶和華讓我告訴你們，『不要上去作戰，以免被敵人擊敗，因為耶和華不會與你們同在。』
