Daniel 5:7

The king called aloud to bring in the enchanters (Magi), the Chaldeans [who were master astrologers] and the diviners. The king said to the wise men of Babylon, “Whoever can read this writing and explain its interpretation to me shall be clothed with purple and have a chain of gold put around his neck, and have authority as the [d]third ruler in the kingdom.”

The king sent for those who try to figure things out by using magic. He also sent for those who study the heavens. All of them were wise men in Babylon. Then the king spoke to them. He said, “I want one of you to read this writing. I want you to tell me what it means. Whoever does this will be dressed in purple clothes. A gold chain will be put around his neck. And he will be made the third highest ruler in the kingdom.”

The king summoned the enchanters, astrologers[b] and diviners. Then he said to these wise men of Babylon, “Whoever reads this writing and tells me what it means will be clothed in purple and have a gold chain placed around his neck, and he will be made the third highest ruler in the kingdom.”

فَزَعَقَ طَالِباً أَنْ يُحْضِرُوا السَّحَرَةَ وَالْكَلْدَانِيِّينَ وَالْمُنَجِّمِينَ، وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «أَيُّ رَجُلٍ يَقْرَأُ هَذِهِ الْكِتَابَةَ وَيُفَسِّرُ لِي مُحْتَوَاهَا، يَرْتَدِي الأُرْجُوَانَ وَقِلادَةً مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فِي عُنُقِهِ، وَيُصْبِحُ الرَّجُلَ الثَّالِثَ الْمُتَسَلِّطَ فِي الْمَمْلَكَةِ».

„Få fat i alle mine astrologer, præster, spåmænd og vismænd!” råbte han. 王は叫びました。「呪文師、占星学者を呼べ。カルデヤ人を呼べ。だれでも、壁に書かれた文字を読み、その意味を解き明かすなら、王室の栄誉を帯びた紫の衣を着せ、首に金の鎖をかけ、この国の第三の支配者としよう！」

왕은 크게 소리를 질러 점쟁이와 마법사와 점성가를 불러오게 하여 바빌론의 이 박사들에게 이렇게 말하였다. “누구든지 이 글자를 읽고 그 뜻을 나에게 말하는 자에게는 자색 옷을 입히고 그 목에 금사슬을 걸어 주며 그를 나라의 제 3인자가 되게 할 것이다.”

‘Breng de bezweerders, astrologen en waarzeggers hier!’ schreeuwde hij. ‘Wie kan lezen wat daar op de muur staat en mij vertelt wat het betekent, zal worden gekleed in purperen kleren van koninklijke waardigheid en een gouden ketting om zijn hals krijgen. 他大声传令，召来巫师、占星家和占卜者，对这些巴比伦的智者说：“谁能读墙上的字，把意思告诉我，他必身穿紫袍，颈戴金链，在国中位居第三。”
