Daniel 5:21

He was also driven from mankind, and his mind was made like that of an animal, and his dwelling place was with the wild donkeys. He was given grass to eat like cattle, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven until he came to know [without any doubt] that the Most High God rules over the kingdom of mankind and He appoints it to whomever He wills.

And he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses: they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.

وَطُرِدَ مِنْ بَيْنِ النَّاسِ، وَمَاثَلَ عَقْلُهُ الْحَيَوَانَاتِ، وَصَارَ مَأْوَاهُ مَعَ الْحَمِيرِ الْوَحْشِيَّةِ، فَأَطْعَمُوهُ الْعُشْبَ كَالثِّيرَانِ، وَابْتَلَّ جِسْمُهُ بِنَدَى السَّمَاءِ، حَتَّى عَلِمَ أَنَّ اللهَ الْعَلِيَّ هُوَ الْمُتَسَلِّطُ فِي مَمْلَكَةِ النَّاسِ، وَأَنَّهُ يُوَلِّي عَلَيْهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ.

Han blev udstødt af menneskenes samfund og levede som et dyr hos vildæslerne. Han spiste græs som kvæget og levede under åben himmel, indtil han langt om længe erkendte, at den almægtige Gud er herre over alle jordiske konger, og at Gud udvælger, hvem han vil, til at herske og regere.

先王は宮殿から野に追われ、心も感情も動物と同じようになり、野ろばと共に住み、牛のように草を食べ、体は天の露にぬれました。そして先王もついに、いと高き方が人間の国々を支配し、御心にかなう者に国々を支配させることを悟ったのです。

Hij werd verstoten uit de samenleving en zijn innerlijk veranderde in dat van een dier. Hij woonde bij de wilde ezels, at gras als een koe en zijn lichaam werd nat van de dauw uit de hemel. Han drevs ut från mänskligheten, hans innersta blev som ett djurs, och han bodde bland vildåsnor. Han fick äta gräs som oxarna, och hans kropp fuktades av himlens dagg, tills han insåg att den högste Guden regerar över alla mänskliga riken och att han sätter vem han vill till att regera över dem.
