Daniel 5:19

and because of the greatness that He gave him, all the peoples, nations, and speakers of every language trembled and feared him. Whomever he wished he killed, and whomever he wished he kept alive; whomever he wished he promoted and whomever he wished he humbled.

And for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew; and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and whom he would he put down.

Because of the grandeur which He bestowed on him, all the peoples, nations and men of every [u]language feared and trembled before him; whomever he wished he killed and whomever he wished he spared alive; and whomever he wished he elevated and whomever he wished he humbled.

God gave him a high position. Then people from every nation became afraid of the king. That was true no matter what language they spoke. The king put to death anyone he wanted to. He spared anyone he wanted to spare. He gave high positions to anyone he wanted to. And he brought down anyone he wanted to bring down.

Because of the high position he gave him, all the nations and peoples of every language dreaded and feared him. Those the king wanted to put to death, he put to death; those he wanted to spare, he spared; those he wanted to promote, he promoted; and those he wanted to humble, he humbled.

He made him so great that people of all races and nations and languages trembled before him in fear. He killed those he wanted to kill and spared those he wanted to spare. He honored those he wanted to honor and disgraced those he wanted to disgrace.

وَلِفَرْطِ عَظَمَتِهِ الَّتِي أَنْعَمَ اللهُ بِها عَلَيْهِ، كَانَتْ جَمِيعُ الأُمَمِ وَالشُّعُوبِ مِنْ كُلِّ لِسَانٍ تَرْتَعِدُ أَمَامَهُ وَتَفْزَعُ، فَكَانَ يَقْتُلُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ، وَيَسْتَحْيِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ، يَرْفَعُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَضَعُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ.

Alverdens folkeslag levede i frygt for ham, for han henrettede eller benådede folk efter forgodtbefindende. Han forfremmede nogle og fratog andre deres stilling, akkurat som han havde lyst til.

Et à cause de la grandeur qu’il lui avait accordée, les gens de tous peuples, de toutes nations et de toutes langues tremblaient de peur devant lui. La vie et la mort de chacun dépendaient de son bon vouloir ; il élevait et abaissait qui il lui plaisait.

その威厳はたいへんなもので、世界の国々はみな、王の前に震えおののいたものです。先王は気に入らない者は殺し、気に入る者は生かすというふうに、気の向くままに人を用いたり、捨てたりなさいました。

하나님이 그에게 큰 권세를 주셨으므로 모든 나라와 민족들이 그를 무서워하고 떨었습니다. 그는 사람을 죽이고 싶으면 죽이고 살리고 싶으면 살렸으며 누구든지 높이고 싶으면 높이고 낮추고 싶으면 낮추었습니다.

Hij schonk hem zoveel macht dat alle volken ter wereld voor hem beefden van angst en ontzag. Hij doodde wie hij wilde en spaarde wie bij hem in de gunst stond. Naar zijn believen werden mensen verhoogd of vernederd.

För den storhets skull som Gud gav honom darrade alla världens folk, nationer och språk av fruktan för honom. Han dödade vem han ville och skonade människors liv när han så ville. Han upphöjde vem han ville och förnedrade vem han ville.

เนื่องจากฐานะสูงส่งที่พระเจ้าประทานให้พระองค์ มวลประชาชาติและคนทุกภาษาจึงยำเกรงครั่นคร้ามพระองค์ ผู้ที่กษัตริย์ประสงค์ให้ประหารก็จะถูกประหาร ผู้ที่ทรงประสงค์ให้ไว้ชีวิตก็จะรอดชีวิต ทรงให้ยศถาบรรดาศักดิ์หรือถอดถอนผู้ใดตามแต่ชอบพระทัย

因为他有上帝所赐的大权，各族、各邦、各语种的人都在他面前战抖，充满恐惧。他操生杀大权，可随意擢升、罢黜。

因為他有上帝所賜的大權，各族、各邦、各語種的人都在他面前戰抖，充滿恐懼。他操生殺大權，可隨意擢升、罷黜。
