Amos 9:2

“Though they dig into [a]Sheol [to hide in the deepest pit],From there My hand will take them [for judgment];And though they climb up to heaven [to hide in the realm of light],From there will I bring them down [for judgment].

Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:

“Though they dig into Sheol,From there will My hand take them;And though they ascend to heaven,From there will I bring them down.

They might dig down deep. But my powerful hand will take them out of there.They might climb up to the heavens. But I will bring them down from there.

وَإِنْ نَقَبُوا لأَنْفُسِهِمْ مَلْجَأً فِي أَعْمَاقِ الْهَاوِيَةِ، فَإِنَّ يَدِي تَطُولُهُمْ هُنَاكَ، وَإِنِ ارْتَقَوْا إِلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ فَمِنْ هُنَاكَ أُنْزِلُهُمْ.

Hvis de kunne flygte ned i dødsriget, kunne jeg stadig hente dem op. Hvis de kunne stige op til himlen, kunne jeg stadig hente dem ned.

Auch wenn sie in die Totenwelt eindringen und sich verstecken könnten – ich würde sie sogar von dort zurückholen! Und wenn sie in den Himmel heraufsteigen könnten, würde ich sie wieder hinunterstürzen.

彼らが地獄まで下っていってもわたしは引っ張り上げ、天に上っても、引き降ろす。

그들이 [a]지하의 깊숙한 곳으로 파고들어가도 내가 거기까지 가서 그들을 끄집어낼 것이며 그들이 하늘로 올라가도 내가 그들을 거기서 끌어내릴 것이요

Ook al graven zij zo diep als het dodenrijk, Ik zal mijn hand uitsteken en hen omhoogtrekken. Ook al klimmen zij tot in de hemelen, Ik zal hen vandaar weer naar beneden halen.

Även om de så gräver sig ner ända till dödsriket ska jag få tag i dem och dra upp dem. Och om de stiger upp till himlen, ska jag störta ner dem igen.

แม้พวกเขาจะขุดลึกลงไปถึงก้นหลุมฝังศพมือของเราก็จะควานลงไปดึงขึ้นมาแม้พวกเขาปีนขึ้นถึงฟ้าสวรรค์เราก็จะนำพวกเขาลงมา

即使他们挖洞钻进阴间，我也要把他们揪出来；即使他们爬上高天，我也要把他们拉下来；
