Amos 8:12

“People shall stagger from sea to sea [to the very ends of the earth]And from the north even to the east;They will roam here and there to seek the word of the Lord [longing for it as essential for life],But they will not find it.

And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.

People will wander from the Dead Sea to the Mediterranean. They will travel from north to east.They will look for a message from me. But they will not find it.

فَيَهِيمُونَ مِنْ بَحْرٍ إِلَى بَحْرٍ، وَمِنَ الشِّمَالِ إِلَى الشَّرْقِ. يَذْهَبُونَ وَيَجِيئُونَ بَحْثاً عَنْ كَلِمَةِ الرَّبِّ وَلا يَحْظَوْنَ بِها.

Folk vil rejse fra øst til vest og fra nord til syd i håb om at få et ord fra Herren. Men de får intet.

Dann irren die Menschen ruhelos durchs Land, vom Toten Meer bis zum Mittelmeer, vom Norden bis zum Osten. Doch ihre Suche wird vergeblich sein: Ich, der Herr, antworte ihnen nicht.

Magaduling-duling kamo sa kakapoy sa pagpangita sang tawo nga makasugid sa inyo sang akon mensahi, pero indi gid ninyo ini makita bisan diin kamo magkadto.

人々は海から海へと至る所を歩き回り、主のことばを探し求める。だが、あちこち探し回っても見つからない。

사람들이 이 바다에서 저 바다로, 북에서 동으로 사방 비틀거리며 여호와의 말씀을 찾아다녀도 얻지 못할 것이다.

Mensen zullen overal, van kust tot kust, ronddwalen op zoek naar het woord van de Here. Zij zullen op en neer rennen, maar het niet vinden.

Os homens vaguearão de um mar a outro,do Norte ao Oriente, buscando a palavra do Senhor,mas não a encontrarão.

As pessoas atravessarão os oceanos à procura da palavra do Senhor, correndo de um lado para o outro, mas sem a encontrar.

Ei vor umbla şovăind de la o mare la alta, vor cutreiera de la nord la răsărit,căutând Cuvântul Domnului, dar nu-l vor găsi.

Будут скитаться от моря до моря и от севера к востоку метатьсяв поисках слова от Вечного, но не найдут его.

De ska irra från hav till hav, driva omkring från norr till öster och söka efter Herrens ord utan att finna det.

ผู้คนจะซมซานจากทะเลนี้ไปทะเลนั้นและระเหเร่ร่อนจากเหนือไปตะวันออกเสาะแสวงหาพระวจนะขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าแต่พวกเขาจะไม่พบ

人们从南到北，从东到西[c]，在境内四处流荡，要寻找耶和华的话却找不到。

他 们 必 飘 流 ， 从 这 海 到 那 海 ， 从 北 边 到 东 边 ， 往 来 奔 跑 ， 寻 求 耶 和 华 的 话 ， 却 寻 不 着 。
