Amos 4:6

“I also gave you cleanness of teeth [because of the famine] in all your citiesAnd lack of bread in all your places,Yet you have not returned to Me [in repentance],” says the Lord.

And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the Lord.

“You know, don’t you, that I’m the One who emptied your pantries and cleaned out your cupboards,Who left you hungry and standing in bread lines? But you never got hungry for me. You continued to ignore me.” God’s Decree. 7-8 “Yes, and I’m the One who stopped the rains three months short of harvest.I’d make it rain on one village but not on another.I’d make it rain on one field but not on another—and that one would dry up.People would stagger from village to village crazed for water and never quenching their thirst.But you never got thirsty for me. You ignored me.” God’s Decree.

“But I gave you also cleanness of teeth in all your citiesAnd lack of bread in all your places,Yet you have not returned to Me,” declares the Lord.

“I made sure your stomachs were empty in every city. You did not have enough bread in any of your towns.In spite of that, you still have not returned to me,” announces the Lord.

“I brought hunger to every city and famine to every town.But still you would not return to me,” says the Lord.

قَدْ جَعَلْتُ الْجُوعَ يَعُمُّ مُدُنَكُمْ، فَلَمْ تَتَّسِخْ أَسْنَانُكُمْ بِالطَّعَامِ! وَأَفْقَرْتُكُمْ إِلَى الْخُبْزِ فِي كُلِّ أَمَاكِنِ سُكْنَاكُمْ، وَلَكِنَّكُمْ لَمْ تَرْجِعُوا إِلَيَّ تَائِبِينَ، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ.

„Jeg sørgede for hungersnød i hver eneste by,” siger Herren. „Men alligevel vendte I ikke om til mig.”

Ich, der Herr, ließ bei euch eine Hungersnot ausbrechen, in euren Städten und Dörfern gab es nichts mehr zu essen. Und doch seid ihr nicht zu mir zurückgekommen!

“Ako ang nagpadala sa inyo sang gutom sa tanan ninyo nga mga banwa, pero wala gihapon kamo magbalik sa akon. Ako, ang Ginoo, ang nagasiling sini.

主はこう言います。「あなたがたを飢えさせたが、何にもならなかった。それでも、わたしのもとに帰ろうとはしなかった。

“내가 너희 모든 성에 [d]기근이 닥치게 하여 곳곳에 양식이 떨어지게 하였으나 너희는 나에게 돌아오지 않았다.

Fiz-vos passar fome, diz o Senhor Deus, mas não serviu de nada; nem mesmo assim se converteram a mim.

“เราให้เจ้าท้องกิ่วไส้แห้ง[c]ในทุกๆ นครไม่มีอาหารกินในทุกๆ เมืองถึงกระนั้นเจ้าก็ไม่ยอมกลับมาหาเรา” องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าประกาศดังนั้น

“我在各城降下饥荒，使你们遍地缺粮。尽管如此，你们仍不归向我。这是耶和华说的。

我 使 你 们 在 一 切 城 中 牙 齿 乾 净 ， 在 你 们 各 处 粮 食 缺 乏 ， 你 们 仍 不 归 向 我 。 这 是 耶 和 华 说 的 。
