2 Samuel 1:21

“[f]O mountains of Gilboa,Let not dew or rain be upon you, nor fields with offerings;For there the shield of the mighty was defiled,The shield of Saul, [dry, cracked] not [g]anointed with oil.

Ye mountains of Gilboa, let there be no dew, neither let there be rain, upon you, nor fields of offerings: for there the shield of the mighty is vilely cast away, the shield of Saul, as though he had not been anointed with oil.

“O mountains of Gilboa,Let not dew or rain be on you, nor fields of offerings;For there the shield of the mighty was defiled,The shield of Saul, not anointed with oil.

“Mountains of Gilboa, may no dew or rain fall on you. May no showers fall on your hillside fields.The shield of the mighty king wasn’t respected there. The shield of Saul lies there. It isn’t rubbed with oil anymore.

“Mountains of Gilboa, may you have neither dew nor rain, may no showers fall on your terraced fields.[b]For there the shield of the mighty was despised, the shield of Saul—no longer rubbed with oil.

يَا جِبَالَ جِلْبُوعَ، لَا يَكُنْ عَلَيْكُنَّ طَلٌّ وَلا مَطَرٌ، وَلا حُقُولٌ تُغِلُّ مَحَاصِيلَ تَقْدِمَاتٍ، لأَنَّ هُنَاكَ تَهَاوَى تُرْسُ الأَبْطَالِ. تُرْسُ شَاوُلَ لَمْ يَعُدْ يَلْمَعُ بِالزَّيْتِ.

Måtte Gilboahøjen blive ramt af tørke, måtte intet mere gro derpå.Heltenes skjolde havnede i sølet, Sauls skjold ligger ledigt hen.

Ihr Berge von Gilboa,kein Tau soll euch bedecken und kein Regen fallen,nie mehr soll Korn auf euren Äckern wachsen,weil dort die blutverschmierten Schilde liegen,die einst unseren besten Soldaten gehörten.Sauls Schild hat seinen Glanz verloren,sein Leder wird nicht mehr mit Öl gepflegt.

»¡Ay, montes de Guilboa, que no caiga sobre vosotros lluvia ni rocío! ¡Que no crezca el trigo para las ofrendas![c]Porque allí deshonraron el escudo de Saúl: ¡allí quedó manchado[d] el escudo de los valientes!

O monts de Guilboa,qu’il n’y ait ni rosée |ni pluie tombant sur vous,qu’il n’y ait sur vos pentes |plus de champs plantureux |d’où viennent des offrandes,là furent avilis |les boucliers des braveset celui de Saülque l’on n’enduira plus jamais |avec de l’huile[c].

[c]Kay dira nahigkuan sang mga kaaway ang taming sang maisog nga hari nga si Saul.Kag wala na sing may naganusnos sang lana sa sina nga taming agod maghining ini.

오, 길보아 산들아,네 위에 이슬이 나 비가내리지 네 땅은 언제나[b]황무지가 될 것이다.거기에 용사들 의 방패가버려졌으니사울의 방패에기름칠을 할 수 없게 되었구나.

O bergen van Gilboa, laat geen regen of dauw meer op u vallen en laat de graanoogst niet meer rijpen op uw hellingen. Want de machtige Saul is op die plaats gedood. Het schild van Gods uitverkoren koning is daar weggeworpen.

“Ó colinas de Gilboa,nunca mais haja orvalhonem chuva sobre vocês,nem campos que produzam trigo para as ofertas.Porque ali foi profanado o escudo dos guerreiros, o escudo de Saul,que nunca mais será polido com óleo.

Ó montes de Gilboa, que não caia mais chuva,nem sequer orvalho sobre vós;que não cresçam searas nas vossas vertentes.Porque foi aí que o escudo dos heróisfoi tristemente arrojado no chão;o escudo de Saul não mais ungido com óleo.

O, munţi ai Ghilboei!Nici roua şi nici ploaia să nu mai cadă peste voi! Nici câmpii să nu mai aveţi care să dea roade pentru darurile de mâncare![b]Căci acolo au fost pângărite scuturile vitejilor, scutul lui Saul care nu va mai fi uns cu untdelemn.

Ni Gilboa berg, må ni aldrig mer se dagg eller regn, ej heller fält för offergåvor. Där ligger de mäktigas sköld fläckad, Sauls sköld, inte längre insmord med olja.

“โอ ภูเขากิลโบอาขออย่าให้เจ้าได้รับฝนหรือหยาดน้ำค้างขออย่าให้ท้องทุ่งเกิดธัญญาหารเพื่อเป็นเครื่องบูชา[c]เพราะที่นั่นโล่ของผู้เกรียงไกรถูกเหยียดหยามโล่ของซาอูลไม่ได้ชโลมด้วยน้ำมันอีกแล้ว

基 利 波 山 哪 ， 愿 你 那 里 没 有 雨 露 ！ 愿 你 田 地 无 土 产 可 作 供 物 ！ 因 为 英 雄 的 盾 牌 在 那 里 被 污 丢 弃 ； 扫 罗 的 盾 牌 彷 佛 未 曾 抹 油 。
