2 Kings 25:23

When all the captains of the forces, they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had appointed Gedaliah governor, they came with their men to Gedaliah at Mizpah, namely, Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan the son of Kareah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth the Netophathite, and Jaazaniah the son of the Maacathite.

And when all the captains of the armies, they and their men, heard that the king of Babylon had made Gedaliah governor, there came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan the son of Careah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth the Netophathite, and Jaazaniah the son of a Maachathite, they and their men.

All of Judah’s army officers and their men heard about what had happened. They heard that the king had appointed Gedaliah as governor. So they came to Gedaliah at Mizpah. Ishmael, the son of Nethaniah, came. So did Johanan, the son of Kareah. Seraiah, the son of Tanhumeth, also came. And so did Jaazaniah, the son of the Maakathite. All their men came too. Seraiah was from Netophah.

When all the army officers and their men heard that the king of Babylon had appointed Gedaliah as governor, they came to Gedaliah at Mizpah—Ishmael son of Nethaniah, Johanan son of Kareah, Seraiah son of Tanhumeth the Netophathite, Jaazaniah the son of the Maakathite, and their men.

When all the army commanders and their men learned that the king of Babylon had appointed Gedaliah as governor, they went to see him at Mizpah. These included Ishmael son of Nethaniah, Johanan son of Kareah, Seraiah son of Tanhumeth the Netophathite, Jezaniah[k] son of the Maacathite, and all their men.

وَلَمَّا عَلِمَ رُؤَسَاءُ الْجُيُوشِ وَرِجَالُهُمْ أَنَّ مَلِكَ بَابِلَ قَدْ وَكَّلَ جَدَلْيَا عَلَى الأَرْضِ قَدِمُوا إِلَيْهِ فِي الْمِصْفَاةِ وَهُمْ إِسْماعِيلُ بْنُ نَثَنْيَا، وَيُوحَنَانُ بْنُ قَارِيحَ، وَسَرَايَا بْنُ تَنْحُومَثَ النَّطُوفَاتِيِّ، وَيَازَنْيَا بْنُ الْمَعْكِيِّ، يُرَافِقُهُمْ رِجَالُهُمْ.

og da de undslupne officerer fra Judas hær hørte, at den babyloniske konge havde udnævnt Gedalja til guvernør, opsøgte de ham i Mitzpa. Iblandt dem var Ishmael, søn af Netanja; Johanan, søn af Karea; Seraja, søn af Tanhumet fra Netofa og ma’akatitten Ja’azanja samt deres menige folk.

Als die Offiziere und Soldaten, die verschont geblieben waren, hörten, wen der babylonische König als Statthalter eingesetzt hatte, kamen sie zu Gedalja nach Mizpa. Lorsque tous les chefs de l’armée et leurs hommes apprirent que le roi de Babylone avait nommé Guedalia comme gouverneur, ils allèrent trouver ce dernier à Mitspa. C’étaient Ismaël, fils de Netania, Yohanân, fils de Qaréah, Seraya, fils de Tanhoumeth de Netopha et Yaazania, fils d’un Maakathien. Ils vinrent, accompagnés de leurs hommes.

Toen dat bekend werd onder de overgebleven Israëlitische officieren en soldaten, sloten zij zich in Mispa bij hem aan. Onder hen bevonden zich Ismaël, de zoon van Nethanja, Johanan, de zoon van Karéah, Seraja, de zoon van de Netofathiet Tanchumeth, en Jaäzanja, de zoon van de Maächathiet.

Quando Ismael, filho de Netanias, Joanã, filho de Careá, Seraías, filho do netofatita Tanumete, e Jazanias, filho de um maacatita, todos os líderes do exército, souberam que o rei da Babilônia havia nomeado Gedalias como governador, eles e os seus soldados foram falar com Gedalias em Mispá.

Befälhavarna för armén och deras män fick höra att kungen av Babylonien hade utsett Gedalja som ledare. De kom då till honom i Mispa: Ismael, Netanjas son, Jochanan, Kareachs son, Seraja, Tanchumets son från Netofa, Jaasanja, maakatitens son, och deras män.
