2 Chronicles 24:5

He gathered the priests and the Levites and said to them, “Go out to the cities of Judah and collect money from all Israel to repair the house of your God from year to year; and see that you do it quickly.” But the Levites did not act quickly.

And he gathered together the priests and the Levites, and said to them, Go out unto the cities of Judah, and gather of all Israel money to repair the house of your God from year to year, and see that ye hasten the matter. Howbeit the Levites hastened it not.

جَمَعَ الْكَهَنَةَ وَاللّاوِيِّينَ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «انْطَلِقُوا إِلَى مُدُنِ يَهُوذَا وَاجْمَعُوا الْمُخَصَّصَاتِ السَّنَوِيَّةَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ إِسْرَائِيلَ، فِضَّةً مِنْ أَجْلِ تَرْمِيمِ بَيْتِ إِلَهِكُمْ، وَبَادِرُوا بِتَنْفِيذِ ذَلِكَ الآنَ». غَيْرَ أَنَّ اللّاوِيِّينَ تَقَاعَسُوا عَنْ إِنْجَازِ الأَمْرِ.

og derfor sammenkaldte han præsterne og levitterne og sagde til dem: „Tag rundt til alle Judas byer for at indsamle den årlige tempelskat fra alle israelitter, så jeres Guds hus kan blive restaureret. Skynd jer af sted!” Men levitterne skyndte sig overhovedet ikke.

Ginpatawag niya ang mga pari kag mga Levita kag ginsilingan, “Magkadto kamo sa mga banwa sang Juda kag kolektaha ninyo ang mga balayran sang mga Israelinhon kada tuig, agod mapakay-o naton ang templo sang aton Dios. Himua ninyo ini gilayon.” Pero wala gilayon magtuman ang mga Levita.

便召集祭司和利未人，对他们说：“你们到犹大各城去向所有以色列人征收银子，用来作每年整修你们上帝殿的费用。你们要立刻办理这事。”可是，利未人没有立刻办理。
