1 Samuel 30:12

and they gave him a piece of a fig cake and two clusters of raisins; and when he had eaten, his [b]energy returned, for he had not eaten bread or had any water to drink for three days and three nights.

ثُمَّ أَعْطَوْهُ قُرْصاً مِنْ تِينٍ وَعُنْقُودَيْنِ مِنْ زَبِيبٍ. وَبَعْدَ أَنْ أَكَلَهَا انْتَعَشَتْ رُوحُهُ، لأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ قَدْ أَكَلَ طَعَاماً وَلا شَرِبَ مَاءً مُنْذُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ وَثَلاثِ لَيَالٍ.

De gav honom också en bit av en fikonkaka och två russinkakor och efter att ha ätit dem, kvicknade han snart till. Mannen hade vid det laget inte ätit eller druckit på tre dygn.
