1 Samuel 12:10

They cried out to the Lord, saying, ‘We have sinned because we have abandoned (rejected) the Lord and have served the Baals and the Ashtaroth; but now rescue us from the hands of our enemies, and we will serve You.’

And they cried unto the Lord, and said, We have sinned, because we have forsaken the Lord, and have served Baalim and Ashtaroth: but now deliver us out of the hand of our enemies, and we will serve thee.

“Then they cried for help to God. They confessed, ‘We’ve sinned! We’ve gone off and left God and worshiped the fertility gods and goddesses of Canaan. Oh, deliver us from the brutalities of our enemies and we’ll worship you alone.’

They cried out to the Lord and said, ‘We have sinned because we have forsaken the Lord and have served the Baals and the Ashtaroth; but now deliver us from the hands of our enemies, and we will serve You.’

So the people cried out to the Lord. They said, ‘We have sinned. We’ve deserted the Lord. We’ve served gods that are named Baal. We’ve served female gods that are named Ashtoreth. But save us now from the power of our enemies. Then we will serve you.’

They cried out to the Lord and said, ‘We have sinned; we have forsaken the Lord and served the Baals and the Ashtoreths. But now deliver us from the hands of our enemies, and we will serve you.’

“Then they cried to the Lord again and confessed, ‘We have sinned by turning away from the Lord and worshiping the images of Baal and Ashtoreth. But we will worship you and you alone if you will rescue us from our enemies.’

فَاسْتَغَاثُوا بِالرَّبِّ قَائِلِينَ: أَخْطَأْنَا إِذْ تَرَكْنَا الرَّبَّ وَعَبَدْنَا الْبَعْلِيمَ وَالْعَشْتَارُوثَ. فَالآنَ أَنْقِذْنَا مِنْ قَبْضَةِ أَعْدَائِنَا فَنُخْلِصَ لَكَ الْعِبَادَةَ.

그때 백성들은 다시 여호와께 부르짖으며 ‘우리가 여호와를 버리고 이방 우상 바알과 아스다롯을 섬겨 범죄하였습니다. 이제 우리를 원수들의 손에서 구해 주소서. 그러면 우리가 당신을 섬기겠습니다’ 하고 애원하였습니다.

Toen riepen zij weer naar de Here en gaven toe dat zij hadden gezondigd door zich van Hem af te keren en Baäl en Astarte te aanbidden. En zij smeekten: “Wij zullen U aanbidden als U ons wilt bevrijden uit de macht van onze vijanden.”

Folket ropade då till Herren igen: ’Vi har syndat genom att vända Herren ryggen. Vi har tillbett baalsgudar och astartegudinnor. Men nu ska vi tjäna dig och enbart dig, om du bara befriar oss från våra fiender!’

他们就向耶和华呼求，‘耶和华啊，我们犯了罪，我们背弃了你去供奉巴力和亚斯她录，现在求你从仇敌手中救我们，我们必事奉你。’
