1 Chronicles 21:13

David said to Gad, “I am in great distress; please let me fall into the hands of the Lord, for His mercies are very great; but do not let me fall into the hand of man.”

And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let me fall now into the hand of the Lord; for very great are his mercies: but let me not fall into the hand of man.

David told Gad, “They’re all terrible! But I’d rather be punished by God whose mercy is great, than fall into human hands.” 14-15 So God unleashed an epidemic in Israel—seventy thousand Israelites died. God then sent the angel to Jerusalem but when he saw the destruction about to begin, he compassionately changed his mind and ordered the death angel, “Enough’s enough! Pull back!” 15-16 The angel of God had just reached the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite. David looked up and saw the angel hovering between earth and sky, sword drawn and about to strike Jerusalem. David and the elders bowed in prayer and covered themselves with rough burlap.

David said to Gad, “I am in great distress; please let me fall into the hand of the Lord, for His mercies are very great. But do not let me fall into the hand of man.”

David said to Gad, “I’m suffering terribly. Let me fall into the hands of the Lord. His mercy is very great. But don’t let me fall into human hands.”

David said to Gad, “I am in deep distress. Let me fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is very great; but do not let me fall into human hands.”

David said to Gad, ‘I am in deep distress. Let me fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is very great; but do not let me fall into human hands.’

“I’m in a desperate situation!” David replied to Gad. “But let me fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is very great. Do not let me fall into human hands.”

فَأَجَابَ دَاوُدُ جَاداً: «إِنَّنِي وَاقِعٌ فِي كَرْبٍ عَظِيمٍ، وَلَكِنْ خَيْرٌ لِي أَنْ أَسْتَسْلِمَ لِقَبْضَةِ الرَّبِّ، لأَنَّهُ وَاسِعُ الرَّحْمَةِ، مِنْ أَنْ أَقَعَ تَحْتَ رَحْمَةِ إِنْسَانٍ».

„Det er et frygteligt valg,” sukkede David. „Men det er bedre at være prisgivet Herren, for hans nåde er stor. Lad mig ikke være prisgivet mennesker.”

David entgegnete: »Ich habe große Angst. Aber ich will lieber dem Herrn als den Menschen in die Hände fallen, denn er ist sehr barmherzig.«

David répondit à Gad : Je suis dans un grand désarroi ! Ah ! Que je tombe plutôt entre les mains de l’Eternel, car ses compassions sont immenses ; mais que je ne tombe pas entre les mains des hommes !

Nagsabat si David kay Gad, “Nabudlayan gid ako magpili. Maayo pa nga ang Ginoo na lang ang magsilot sa akon sang sa mga tawo, kay maluluy-on gid ang Ginoo.”

그러자 다윗은 이렇게 대답하였다. “내 입장이 정말 난처하게 되었소. 하지만 나는 사람에게 벌을 받고 싶지는 않소. 여호와께서는 자비로운 분이시니 여호와께서 직접 벌하게 하시오.”

‘Dit is een vreselijk moeilijke beslissing,’ vond David, ‘maar ik val liever in handen van de Here dan in de macht van mensen, want Gods genade is erg groot.’

Davi respondeu: “É grande a minha angustia! Prefiro cair nas mãos do Senhor, pois é grande a sua misericórdia, a cair nas mãos dos homens”.

“É uma decisão muito difícil”, respondeu David. “É melhor cair nas mãos do Senhor, porque grande é a sua misericórdia, do que nas mãos dos homens.”

– Sunt într-o mare strâmtorare, i-a răspuns David lui Gad. Mai bine să cad în mâna Domnului, căci mila Lui este nemărginită, decât să cad în mâinile oamenilor.

”Jag är i stor vånda”, sa David till Gad. ”Låt mig falla i Herrens händer, för Herrens barmhärtighet är stor. I människors händer vill jag inte falla.”

ดาวิดตรัสตอบกาดว่า “เราลำบากใจมาก แต่ขอตกอยู่ในอุ้งพระหัตถ์ขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าดีกว่าตกอยู่ในเงื้อมมือของมนุษย์ เพราะพระเมตตาคุณของพระองค์ใหญ่หลวงนัก”

大卫说：“我实在为难！不过我宁愿落在耶和华的手中，也不愿落在人的手中，因为耶和华有无限的怜悯。”

大 卫 对 迦 得 说 ： 我 甚 为 难 。 我 愿 落 在 耶 和 华 的 手 里 ， 因 为 他 有 丰 盛 的 怜 悯 ； 我 不 愿 落 在 人 的 手 里 。

大衛說：「我實在為難！不過我寧願落在耶和華的手中，也不願落在人的手中，因為耶和華有無限的憐憫。」
