Psalm 25

In you, Lord my God,
    I put my trust.

Вечный, оправдай меня,
    ведь я жил непорочной жизнью.
Я уповал на Вечного,
    не колеблясь.

I trust in you;
    do not let me be put to shame,
    nor let my enemies triumph over me.

Проверь меня, Вечный, испытай меня,
    исследуй сердце моё и разум.

No one who hopes in you
    will ever be put to shame,
but shame will come on those
    who are treacherous without cause.

Ведь Твоя милость всегда предо мной;
    я всегда пребываю в Твоей истине.

Show me your ways, Lord,
    teach me your paths.

Я не сижу с людьми лживыми
    и с коварными не хожу.

Guide me in your truth and teach me,
    for you are God my Savior,
    and my hope is in you all day long.

Я ненавижу сборище грешников
    и с нечестивыми не сажусь.

Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love,
    for they are from of old.

Буду омывать свои руки в невинности
    и кругом обходить Твой жертвенник, о Вечный,

Do not remember the sins of my youth
    and my rebellious ways;
according to your love remember me,
    for you, Lord, are good.

вознося Тебе хвалу
    и говоря о всех чудесах Твоих.

Good and upright is the Lord;
    therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.

Вечный, я люблю дом, в котором Ты обитаешь,
    место, где слава Твоя живёт.

He guides the humble in what is right
    and teaches them his way.

Не погуби души моей с грешными,
    жизни моей с кровожадными,

All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful
    toward those who keep the demands of his covenant.

которые творят злодеяния,
    чьи правые руки полны взяток.

For the sake of your name, Lord,
    forgive my iniquity, though it is great.

А я живу беспорочно.
    Избавь меня и помилуй!

Who, then, are those who fear the Lord?
    He will instruct them in the ways they should choose.^[b]

Ноги мои стоят на ровной земле;
    в большом собрании восхвалю я Вечного.
