Leviticus 24

The Lord said to Moses,

Вечный сказал Мусе:

“Command the Israelites to bring you clear oil of pressed olives for the light so that the lamps may be kept burning continually.

– Вели исраильтянам принести тебе чистое оливковое масло для освещения, чтобы в светильниках можно было постоянно поддерживать огонь.

Outside the curtain that shields the ark of the covenant law in the tent of meeting, Aaron is to tend the lamps before the Lord from evening till morning, continually. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come.

Пусть Харун заправляет светильники, что в шатре встречи вне завесы, которая скрывает сундук с соглашением, чтобы они постоянно горели перед Вечным с вечера до утра. Это установление для грядущих поколений будет навеки.

The lamps on the pure gold lampstand before the Lord must be tended continually.

Лампады на светильнике из чистого золота^[a] нужно всегда заправлять перед Вечным.

Священный хлеб

“Take the finest flour and bake twelve loaves of bread, using two-tenths of an ephah^[a] for each loaf.

– Возьми лучшую муку и испеки двенадцать хлебов, каждый из трёх килограммов муки.

Arrange them in two stacks, six in each stack, on the table of pure gold before the Lord.

Выложи их в два ряда, по шесть в каждом, на стол из чистого золота^[b] перед Вечным.

By each stack put some pure incense as a memorial^[b] portion to represent the bread and to be a food offering presented to the Lord.

На каждый ряд положи чистое благовоние, чтобы оно было при хлебе как памятная часть, как огненная жертва Вечному.

This bread is to be set out before the Lord regularly, Sabbath after Sabbath, on behalf of the Israelites, as a lasting covenant.

Этот хлеб нужно класть перед Вечным всегда, суббота за субботой, от лица исраильтян по вечному соглашению.

It belongs to Aaron and his sons, who are to eat it in the sanctuary area, because it is a most holy part of their perpetual share of the food offerings presented to the Lord.”

A Blasphemer Put to Death

Он принадлежит Харуну и его сыновьям. Пусть они едят его в святом месте, потому что это великая святыня, их постоянная доля в огненных жертвах Вечному.

Наказание оскорбляющему Всевышнего

Now the son of an Israelite mother and an Egyptian father went out among the Israelites, and a fight broke out in the camp between him and an Israelite.

Сын исраильтянки и египтянина вышел с исраильтянами, и между ним и исраильтянином в лагере случилась драка.

The son of the Israelite woman blasphemed the Name with a curse; so they brought him to Moses. (His mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri the Danite.)

Бранясь, сын исраильтянки оскорблял имя Вечного, и его привели к Мусе. (Его мать зовут Шеломит, дочь данитянина Диври.)

They put him in custody until the will of the Lord should be made clear to them.

Его заключили под стражу до тех пор, пока не откроется о нём воля Вечного.

Then the Lord said to Moses:

Вечный сказал Мусе:

“Take the blasphemer outside the camp. All those who heard him are to lay their hands on his head, and the entire assembly is to stone him.

– Выведи человека, оскорбившего Всевышнего, за лагерь. Пусть те, кто слышал его, положат руки ему на голову, и пусть общество забьёт его камнями.

Say to the Israelites: ‘Anyone who curses their God will be held responsible;

Скажи исраильтянам: «Тот, кто проклянёт своего Бога, подлежит наказанию.

anyone who blasphemes the name of the Lord is to be put to death. The entire assembly must stone them. Whether foreigner or native-born, when they blaspheme the Name they are to be put to death.

Любой, кто станет оскорблять имя Вечного, будет предан смерти. Общество забьёт его камнями. Поселенец или уроженец страны, если он станет оскорблять имя Вечного, будет предан смерти.

“‘Anyone who takes the life of a human being is to be put to death.

Тот, кто убьёт человека, должен быть предан смерти.

Anyone who takes the life of someone’s animal must make restitution—life for life.

Тот, кто убьёт чужую скотину, должен возместить животным за животное.

Anyone who injures their neighbor is to be injured in the same manner:

Если кто-то нанесёт своему ближнему увечье, то сделанное им нужно сделать ему самому:

fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. The one who has inflicted the injury must suffer the same injury.

перелом за перелом, глаз за глаз, зуб за зуб. Как он изувечил другого, так пусть изувечат и его.

Whoever kills an animal must make restitution, but whoever kills a human being is to be put to death.

Убивший животное должен возместить, но убивший человека должен быть предан смерти.

You are to have the same law for the foreigner and the native-born. I am the Lord your God.’”

И для поселенца, и для уроженца страны пусть у вас будет один закон. Я – Вечный, ваш Бог».

Then Moses spoke to the Israelites, and they took the blasphemer outside the camp and stoned him. The Israelites did as the Lord commanded Moses.

Муса приказал исраильтянам, и они вывели человека, оскорбившего Всевышнего, за лагерь и забили камнями. Исраильтяне сделали так, как повелел Мусе Вечный.
