Leviticus 14

The Lord said to Moses,

“These are the regulations for any diseased person at the time of their ceremonial cleansing, when they are brought to the priest:

– Вот правила о больном во время его очищения. Когда его приведут к священнослужителю,

The priest is to go outside the camp and examine them. If they have been healed of their defiling skin disease,^[a]

пусть священнослужитель выйдет за лагерь и осмотрит его. Если больной исцелился от заразной кожной болезни,

the priest shall order that two live clean birds and some cedar wood, scarlet yarn and hyssop be brought for the person to be cleansed.

то пусть священнослужитель велит взять для очищаемого двух живых чистых птиц и кедрового дерева, алой пряжи и иссопа^[a].

Then the priest shall order that one of the birds be killed over fresh water in a clay pot.

Пусть священнослужитель велит убить одну из птиц над глиняным горшком со свежей водой.

He is then to take the live bird and dip it, together with the cedar wood, the scarlet yarn and the hyssop, into the blood of the bird that was killed over the fresh water.

Пусть он возьмёт живую птицу и погрузит её вместе с кедровым деревом, алой пряжей и иссопом в кровь птицы, убитой над свежей водой.

Seven times he shall sprinkle the one to be cleansed of the defiling disease, and then pronounce them clean. After that, he is to release the live bird in the open fields.

Пусть он семь раз окропит очищаемого от заразной болезни, объявит его чистым и выпустит живую птицу в открытое поле.

“The person to be cleansed must wash their clothes, shave off all their hair and bathe with water; then they will be ceremonially clean. After this they may come into the camp, but they must stay outside their tent for seven days.

Пусть очищаемый выстирает одежду, сбреет все волосы, вымоется и будет чист. Теперь он может войти в лагерь, но должен семь дней жить вне шатра.

On the seventh day they must shave off all their hair; they must shave their head, their beard, their eyebrows and the rest of their hair. They must wash their clothes and bathe themselves with water, and they will be clean.

На седьмой день пусть он сбреет все волосы: голову, бороду, брови и остальные волосы. Пусть он выстирает одежду и вымоется и будет чист.

“On the eighth day they must bring two male lambs and one ewe lamb a year old, each without defect, along with three-tenths of an ephah^[b] of the finest flour mixed with olive oil for a grain offering, and one log^[c] of oil.

На восьмой день он должен принести двух ягнят-самцов и одну годовалую самку – всех без изъяна – с двадцатью четырьмя чашками^[b] лучшей муки, смешанной с маслом, для хлебного приношения, и одну треть литра^[c] масла.

The priest who pronounces them clean shall present both the one to be cleansed and their offerings before the Lord at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

Пусть священнослужитель, совершающий очищение, поставит очищаемого с его приношениями у входа в шатёр встречи.

“Then the priest is to take one of the male lambs and offer it as a guilt offering, along with the log of oil; he shall wave them before the Lord as a wave offering.

Пусть священнослужитель возьмёт одного из ягнят и принесёт его в жертву повинности вместе с одной третью литра масла. Он потрясёт их перед Вечным как приношение потрясания.

He is to slaughter the lamb in the sanctuary area where the sin offering^[d] and the burnt offering are slaughtered. Like the sin offering, the guilt offering belongs to the priest; it is most holy.

Пусть он заколет ягнёнка в святом месте, где закалывают жертву за грех и жертву всесожжения. Подобно жертве за грех, жертва повинности принадлежит священнослужителю – это великая святыня.

The priest is to take some of the blood of the guilt offering and put it on the lobe of the right ear of the one to be cleansed, on the thumb of their right hand and on the big toe of their right foot.

Пусть священнослужитель возьмёт кровь жертвы повинности и помажет ею мочку правого уха очищаемого, большой палец его правой руки и большой палец правой ноги.

The priest shall then take some of the log of oil, pour it in the palm of his own left hand,

Пусть священнослужитель возьмёт одну треть литра масла, нальёт в ладонь левой руки,

dip his right forefinger into the oil in his palm, and with his finger sprinkle some of it before the Lord seven times.

погрузит правый указательный палец в масло на ладони и с пальца окропит маслом перед Вечным семь раз.

The priest is to put some of the oil remaining in his palm on the lobe of the right ear of the one to be cleansed, on the thumb of their right hand and on the big toe of their right foot, on top of the blood of the guilt offering.

Маслом, оставшимся в ладони, священнослужитель помажет мочку правого уха очищаемого, большой палец его правой руки и большой палец правой ноги поверх крови жертвы повинности.

The rest of the oil in his palm the priest shall put on the head of the one to be cleansed and make atonement for them before the Lord.

Оставшееся в ладони масло священнослужитель выльет на голову очищаемого и очистит его перед Вечным.

“Then the priest is to sacrifice the sin offering and make atonement for the one to be cleansed from their uncleanness. After that, the priest shall slaughter the burnt offering

Пусть священнослужитель принесёт жертву за грех и очистит очищаемого от нечистоты. После этого священнослужитель заколет жертву всесожжения,

and offer it on the altar, together with the grain offering, and make atonement for them, and they will be clean.

принесёт её на жертвеннике вместе с хлебным приношением, очистит его, и он будет чист.

“If, however, they are poor and cannot afford these, they must take one male lamb as a guilt offering to be waved to make atonement for them, together with a tenth of an ephah^[e] of the finest flour mixed with olive oil for a grain offering, a log of oil,

Но если он беден, и такое приношение ему не по средствам, то пусть он возьмёт одного ягнёнка в жертву повинности для потрясания, чтобы очистить себя, и полтора килограмма^[d] лучшей муки, смешанной с маслом, для хлебного приношения, одну треть литра масла

and two doves or two young pigeons, such as they can afford, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

и двух горлиц или двух молодых голубей, какие будут ему по средствам: одного – в жертву за грех, а другого – для всесожжения.

“On the eighth day they must bring them for their cleansing to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting, before the Lord.

На восьмой день пусть он принесёт их, чтобы очиститься, к священнослужителю, ко входу в шатёр встречи.

The priest is to take the lamb for the guilt offering, together with the log of oil, and wave them before the Lord as a wave offering.

Пусть священнослужитель возьмёт ягнёнка жертвы повинности вместе с одной третью литра масла и потрясёт их перед Вечным как приношение потрясания.

He shall slaughter the lamb for the guilt offering and take some of its blood and put it on the lobe of the right ear of the one to be cleansed, on the thumb of their right hand and on the big toe of their right foot.

Пусть он заколет ягнёнка жертвы повинности, возьмёт его кровь и помажет ею мочку правого уха очищаемого, большой палец его правой руки и большой палец правой ноги.

The priest is to pour some of the oil into the palm of his own left hand,

Пусть священнослужитель нальёт масло в ладонь левой руки

and with his right forefinger sprinkle some of the oil from his palm seven times before the Lord.

и указательным пальцем правой руки окропит маслом из ладони перед Вечным семь раз.

Some of the oil in his palm he is to put on the same places he put the blood of the guilt offering—on the lobe of the right ear of the one to be cleansed, on the thumb of their right hand and on the big toe of their right foot.

Пусть он помажет маслом из ладони те же места, которые он помазал кровью жертвы повинности: мочку правого уха очищаемого, большой палец его правой руки и большой палец правой ноги.

The rest of the oil in his palm the priest shall put on the head of the one to be cleansed, to make atonement for them before the Lord.

Остальное масло из ладони пусть священнослужитель выльет на голову очищаемого, чтобы очистить его перед Вечным.

Then he shall sacrifice the doves or the young pigeons, such as the person can afford,

Пусть он принесёт в жертву горлиц или молодых голубей, какие жертвующему по средствам:

one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, together with the grain offering. In this way the priest will make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the one to be cleansed.”

одного – в жертву за грех, а другого – во всесожжение вместе с хлебным приношением. Так священнослужитель очистит очищаемого перед Вечным.

These are the regulations for anyone who has a defiling skin disease and who cannot afford the regular offerings for their cleansing.

Cleansing From Defiling Molds

Вот правила для любого, кто болел заразной кожной болезнью и кому не по средствам принести для своего очищения обычные приношения.

О плесени в домах

The Lord said to Moses and Aaron,

Вечный сказал Мусе и Харуну:

“When you enter the land of Canaan, which I am giving you as your possession, and I put a spreading mold in a house in that land,

– Когда вы войдёте в землю Ханаана, которую Я отдаю вам во владение, и Я наведу растущую плесень на какой-нибудь дом в той земле,

the owner of the house must go and tell the priest, ‘I have seen something that looks like a defiling mold in my house.’

то пусть хозяин дома пойдёт и скажет священнослужителю: «В моём доме я видел что-то похожее на плесень».

The priest is to order the house to be emptied before he goes in to examine the mold, so that nothing in the house will be pronounced unclean. After this the priest is to go in and inspect the house.

Пусть священнослужитель велит вынести всё из дома, прежде чем войдёт осмотреть плесень, иначе всё в доме будет объявлено нечистым. После этого пусть священнослужитель войдёт и осмотрит дом.

He is to examine the mold on the walls, and if it has greenish or reddish depressions that appear to be deeper than the surface of the wall,

Пусть он осмотрит плесень на стенах: если на них будут зеленоватые или красноватые пятна, на вид углубляющиеся в поверхность стены,

the priest shall go out the doorway of the house and close it up for seven days.

то пусть священнослужитель выйдет наружу и запрёт его на семь дней.

On the seventh day the priest shall return to inspect the house. If the mold has spread on the walls,

На седьмой день священнослужитель вернётся снова обследовать дом. Если плесень распространилась по стенам,

he is to order that the contaminated stones be torn out and thrown into an unclean place outside the town.

то пусть он велит выворотить заражённые камни и бросить их на нечистое место за пределами города.

He must have all the inside walls of the house scraped and the material that is scraped off dumped into an unclean place outside the town.

Изнутри пусть стены дома выскоблят, а отскоблённую обмазку высыпят на нечистое место за пределами города.

Then they are to take other stones to replace these and take new clay and plaster the house.

Пусть старые камни заменят новыми и обмажут дом новой обмазкой.

“If the defiling mold reappears in the house after the stones have been torn out and the house scraped and plastered,

Если после того, как камни были выворочены, а дом выскоблили и обмазали, плесень появится в доме снова,

the priest is to go and examine it and, if the mold has spread in the house, it is a persistent defiling mold; the house is unclean.

священнослужитель должен пойти и осмотреть его. Если плесень распространилась по дому – это растущая плесень; дом нечист.

It must be torn down—its stones, timbers and all the plaster—and taken out of the town to an unclean place.

Пусть дом разрушат, а его камни, строительное дерево и всю обмазку вынесут из города на нечистое место.

“Anyone who goes into the house while it is closed up will be unclean till evening.

Любой, кто войдёт в дом, когда он заперт, будет нечист до вечера.

Anyone who sleeps or eats in the house must wash their clothes.

Любой, кто будет в этом доме спать или есть, должен выстирать одежду.

“But if the priest comes to examine it and the mold has not spread after the house has been plastered, he shall pronounce the house clean, because the defiling mold is gone.

Но если священнослужитель, который придёт осмотреть его, увидит, что плесень не распространилась после того, как дом был обмазан, то он объявит дом чистым, так как плесень сошла.

To purify the house he is to take two birds and some cedar wood, scarlet yarn and hyssop.

Чтобы очистить дом, пусть он возьмёт двух птиц и кедровое дерево, алую пряжу и иссоп.

He shall kill one of the birds over fresh water in a clay pot.

Пусть он заколет одну из птиц над свежей водой в глиняном горшке.

Then he is to take the cedar wood, the hyssop, the scarlet yarn and the live bird, dip them into the blood of the dead bird and the fresh water, and sprinkle the house seven times.

Пусть он возьмёт кедровое дерево, иссоп, алую пряжу и живую птицу, погрузит их в кровь убитой птицы и в свежую воду и окропит дом семь раз.

He shall purify the house with the bird’s blood, the fresh water, the live bird, the cedar wood, the hyssop and the scarlet yarn.

Так он очистит дом кровью птицы, свежей водой, живой птицей, кедровым деревом, иссопом и алой пряжей.

Then he is to release the live bird in the open fields outside the town. In this way he will make atonement for the house, and it will be clean.”

Пусть он выпустит живую птицу в открытое поле за пределами города. Так он очистит дом, и дом станет чист.

These are the regulations for any defiling skin disease, for a sore,

Таковы правила о любой заразной кожной болезни: о лишае,

for defiling molds in fabric or in a house,

о плесени на одежде и на доме, об опухоли, сыпи и воспалении,

and for a swelling, a rash or a shiny spot,

чтобы определить чистоту чего-либо.

Таковы правила о заразных кожных болезнях и плесени.

to determine when something is clean or unclean.

These are the regulations for defiling skin diseases and defiling molds.
