Proverbs 19:7

All the brothers of a poor man hate him;How much more do his friends abandon him!He pursues them with words, but they are gone.

All the brethren of the poor do hate him: how much more do his friends go far from him? he pursueth them with words, yet they are wanting to him.

When you’re down on your luck, even your family avoids you— yes, even your best friends wish you’d get lost.If they see you coming, they look the other way— out of sight, out of mind.

جَمِيعُ إخْوَةِ الْفَقِيرِ يَمْقُتُونَهُ، فَمَا أَحْرَى أَنْ يَتَهَرَّبَ مِنْهُ أَصْدِقَاؤُهُ؛ يُلاحِقُهُمْ بِتَوَسُّلاتِهِ وَلا يَجِدُ لَهُمْ أَثَراً.

Den fattiges slægtninge undgår ham, og hans bekendte holder afstand fra ham.Han beder hele tiden om hjælp, men han får dem ikke overtalt.

사람이 가난하면 형제들에게도 업신여김을 받는데 어찌 그 친구들이 그를 멀리하지 않겠는가! 아무리 가까이해 보려고 해도 그들을 만나기가 어려울 것이다.

Als de broeders van een arme hem al snel de rug toekeren, hoe gemakkelijk zullen zijn vrienden hem dan in de steek laten!Hij loopt hen achterna en probeert met hen te praten, maar krijgt bij hen geen gehoor.
