Proverbs 11:24

There is the one who [generously] scatters [abroad], and yet increases all the more;And there is the one who withholds what is justly due, but it results only in want and poverty.

There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty.

The world of the generous gets larger and larger; the world of the stingy gets smaller and smaller.

قَدْ يَسْخُو الْمَرْءُ بِمَا عِنْدَهُ فَيَزْدَادُ غِنىً وَيَبْخَلُ آخَرُ بِمَا عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَسْخُوَ بِهِ فَيَفْتَقِرُ.

Den gavmilde øger sin rigdom, gnieren øger kun sin fattigdom.

Den som är generös får mer, den snåle blir bara allt fattigare.

บางคนยิ่งให้อย่างใจกว้างกลับยิ่งมีเพิ่มมากขึ้นส่วนบางคนยิ่งตระหนี่ถี่เหนียวกลับยิ่งขาดแคลน

有人乐善好施，反倒越来越富； 有人一毛不拔，反而越来越穷。
